Omar Ahmad is to recieve147,000,522 Shares, plus a further 96,115,385 new ordinary shares, representing 7.35% of the total number of new Shares issued pursuant to the Capital Raising. The total number of shares due to Omar Ahmad will be 243,115,907 new ordinary shares.

· Hamza Choudhry is to receive 52,999,478 Shares, plus a further 34,653,846 new ordinary shares, representing 2.65% of the total number of new Shares issued pursuant to the Capital Raising. The total number of shares due to Hamza Choudhry will be 87,653,324 new ordinary shares.

As per same Aug 24 RNS,

Global will acquire an initial 70% of the licence for consideration of £200,000. Upon completion of the sale of assets, Global's interest in the licence will be 70%, and Callum Baxter's 30%.

· Global has a 3 month option to purchase an additional 10% of the licence for £50,000 thus increasing Global's interest to 80% of the licence, with Callum Baxter retaining 20%.

And, further this 750K commited pending without any money in hand:)

· Global is committed to a minimum of £750,000 expenditure under the JV over the period of 12 months following the completion date.

As per RNS dated 14 August 2024 that 600K raise as below,

Global has successfully raised £600,000 in aggregate before costs through an oversubscribed placing of institutional and high net worth clients of 923,076,923 new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") at a Price of 0.065 pence per share (the "Fundraise").

Use of Proceeds

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Capital Raising for the acquisition of 80% of the Licence, the subsequent commencement of exploration activities, and general working capital.

I think, it looks difficult to break as worried about finanace need to raise before that key news drop..two week pass by tomorrow and either nothing appear, or may appear with equity raise..watch out with ramp:)

Molaoi contains 1,090,000 tonnes of zinc, 260,000 tonnes of lead, and 19.1 million ounces of silver.

This Resource equates to 1,500,000 tonnes of zinc equivalent metal content, with zinc currently trading at US$2,881 per tonne.

Germanium is currently selling for US$3,681 per kilogram and represents a potentially valuable by-product of any future zinc production from Molaoi.
