Yeh definitely being encouraged down if not walked. I said this a while back this like Loop is being held to ensure the brokers and MMs clients get in where they want to be which is fine by me...…..Remember we have a big private investor in at £1.5m at circa 19.5p. It shouldn't go below that and it is just waiting to fully derisk as far as is reasonably practicable before others are alloed to climb in and it gets away....IMHO..etc...
Little bit of tree shacking going on today , may add again if drops to 19p.
Results are very near to being released
Aggresive?..not at all....'mate'..Mmmm..No just chatting....very very strange response.
Oh yes they are `Mate` !
The meaning of Interrelated is having a mutual or reciprocal relationship .
Which you might understand if you read your own response again !
Fwiw ~~~ You seem to have commandeered this thread with such an aggressive approach that it has become deviod of any interesting dialogue . There are no other contributors here .
As far as I`m concerned you can now have it all to yourself .
Good Luck.
No mate, its a simple calc. Theyre are not interrelated they are the MCap i.e. 182m shares x 20.25p = an Mcap of £36.8m.
They issue more shares the mcap drops acordingly. The SP goes up the macap rises acordingly....simples...
Although obviously interrelated ; depends if you are a believer in Chicken and Egg , or Egg before Chicken .
V111,
Why is this of particular interest?
This is altered by the SP and this has simply wandered down from a circa 26p high to circa 20p. As expected due to the long wait between black and white P&L news. Solid news could see the SP double and a revised MCap of £75m.
What are you thinking?
In fact I think it`s even slipped a bit ~ c. 36M GBP !
This is of the most interest to me over the next few weeks :
" Mcap=£39m! "
!!! ~ indeed ~ !

Yes this will just underpin what we have come to expect but the H1 Interim's when the NHS work rocketed at the outset of lock down will be the more significant game changer I would absolutely suspect.
We should get a 'notice of results' rns over the next few days...
Taken from ADVFN
Looking forward to the outlook statement.. The approx figures are already known.
From the TU:
EBITDA £3.5m-£4m - AHEAD of expectations of £3.4m
Revenue £100m-£120m, below expectations of £120m
Cash: £8.9m
paying dividends (if they decide to declare a final, depending on feelings around covid19 and supporting the NHS.)
Mcap=£39m!
steady rise , markets setting the new level
Been on the cards for ED , market not shocked at all.
Shame he done a very good job integrating into Totally , the organisation will change at the top and some post will no longer be required.
Its noted that he can not sell his shares till after the full year accounts are made with a clause of date after that being 12 months after posting accounts.
This includes all share holders of Greenbrook being 16,908,553 shares held
Some nice current News. This only stands Id say until we get the last final accounts ij a few weeks and then who knows how high on the 2020 H1 results:
"Totally: Canaccord reiterates buy with a target price of 50p."
Yeh Greenbrook ED going as expected while steam lining their overall management requirements in the reshuffle. Good move, and hope the chap does well seems to have done a very decent job especially help integrating Greenbrook into Totally. Familiar move, inline with TLY's increasingly apparent delicate but decisive approach. Quality, no drama...
