I know they don't need to, but....
Rather than answer the same email umpteen times why doesn't he shore up his share price by either releasing an RNS or an interview saying this? Could so easily be done and would appease a lot of nervous shareholders.
ATB
Nice to hear ShareInvestment
Agree: A fantastic opportunity to buy at these levels.
It could slow the project road map, but at some point the tide will turn.
Big money to be made at that point.
BB
I messaged Shishir and he mentioned 'We responded to umpteen emails on placing. We cannot issue a single new share of the company at these prices we will progress with our means as we are doing'. I have been here since pre-ipo and Shishir was able to progress matters on a shoestring, now we are in a much better position generating revenues and these will progressively increase. Premier Miton is our largest institutional shareholder and Gervais Williams is one of the smartest fund managers out there. Nothing is guaranteed and time will tell, but this could be a massive buying opportunity.
Apologies, I should have used the term AIM. Being listed on the Main Market should come with the benefit of better finance option due to the increased corporate governance required.
Agree Glengarth; The added benefit of the CFS will give much better figures for the market to react positively too.
29.5p- wish I had more cash available.
BB
Indeed perhaps BB, although ironically TGR is not on AIM, it is main market LSE listed.
DYOR great to see hydropower mentioned in last RNS and again on Twitter, imagine RNS will confirm first power generation from that, and hope we get another over the next few weeks confirming first results of production utilising the first CFS column while production ramp up + sales continue.

InvesterOll - Thanks for that comment from Puruvi Poddar - ” We do not have any plans to raise funds at the given share prices levels. Please be assured our views are aligned with you and other shareholders on this. “
Two line of thought on this;-
1. They are very confident of improved output and increased production number IAW the project plan and soon.
Or
2. They would be naive to get to a cash level where a death spiral type finance is the only option remaining to raise cash. A small injection of cash at this level would ensure all bases are covered.
Could have been done at 50p when production numbers/grades were known, around 31st March 22. Final results date, they then get audited, then RNS’d for release about Sept.
Slide from mid April @ 80p. Typical AIM - shareholders last to know.
Seemed a bargain around ipo pricing- now 33% lower. I’m sure the Proddars are feeling it too!
BB
Would that be so hard to put out in an RNS or podcast/Proactive interview if true??
I’ve had a chat with Puruvi Poddar and to quote her.
” We do not have any plans to raise funds at the given share prices levels. Please be assured our views are aligned with you and other shareholders on this. “
So no fund raise confirmed.
TRY replying to their tweets with the question on raising cash through equity. May be they’ll deny it, stating company is funded until XX/XX.
BB
The co needs to make it clear that they will not be a fundraise as been posted on various chats, until then the sp in the dodgems
Sure, the tweet merely backs it up two weeks on as we are now in July very much confirms it will be commissioned as expected.
That’s been rns’d in the last update
Commissioning of the 100Kw hydropower plant at Sahamamy is on schedule with first power generation expected in July 2022.

Good news - possibly an RNS to recognise the first electricity generated by this first new hydropower plant?
Vital from an ESG perspective to show TGR is serious about its environmental commitments but also should be an effective way of keeping OPEX costs under control/low. Hoping we hear more on how much savings the new facility results in for the company.
Presumably worthy of an RNS.
I would like to see news of the completion of the hydro-electric project. This will improve cost of production, once Sahamamy comes online- around two months.
Vatomina operations- achieve higher grade deposits - around 4%
Column flotation system at Vatomina up running to assist achieving target capacity.
These prices won’t be seen again if there is a sniff of success in the above.
There is still a 50k seller about. Madness unless , it is forward selling, as has been mentioned.
