To go and it’s back to where it was 3 years ago… well done MGMT doing a sterling job.
FundamentalVR CEO and Co-Founder Richard Vincent sat down with John Koetsier at Forbes, speaking on how surgeons are using Apple Vision Pro to improve training efficiency by decreasing skills acquisition time 40% to 100%.
Apple Vision Pro has allowed surgeons to upskill to a level where they can achieve “pre-human competence” all before stepping foot in an OR.
“Our vision is all about getting to something we call pre-human competence, which is don’t practice on me, practice on a simulated version of me and then come into the OR and perform on me.”

Wyld releasing minor good news of revenues flowing from a previous announcement and down 9%
Tern with around 800k net buys and bid is lower now compared with start bid price
Weird
One that I have and may come good from 2p so now on the right side.

‘the group has been able to reduce costs by an estimated 40% under the new structure. the new management team structure is focused on delivering ‘material’ value from its current portfolio companies before considering any new investments. ’
‘there has been a flood of capital to the generative ai space, and research by cb insights highlights some generative ai start-ups have been achieving valuations more than 100x their forward-looking revenue, with generative ai companies averaging around 50x.’
‘device authority’s modularised licence platform ksaas (keyscaler software as a service) is built on microsoft’s azure cloud and was awarded rising azure technology 2023 microsoft partner of the year. device authority has a strong presence in the uk, with a ‘go to market’ in the us and further offices in bangalore.’
“talking medicines’ recent fundraise will provide capital for the next stage of development and continued expansion in the us. talking medicines is well established in a category of ai that is achieving 50x revenue multiples on average’
‘(wyld) customer acquisition is expected to accelerate in 2024, with a ramp-up in revenue following testing and manufacturing of wyld’s satellite iot products (which was a big q4 focus).’
‘all four businesses are on a positive trajectory, with significant momentum. we see huge potential in the next phase of growth as portfolio companies work with investment partners to achieve additional recognition and scale. ‘
This relates to the announcement in October 2023 and just proves what they have been saying, the last 6 months have been focused on development and production, its now entered the distribution phase whereby devices are shipped and reoccurring income will be rolling in.
Wyld Networks in conjunction with Queensland based PLF Australia have begun monitoring soil moisture utilising Low Earth Orbiting satellite connectivity.
Satellite IoT in Australia utilising low power connectivity is essential for optimising land management. This process plays a crucial role in optimising irrigation, maximising yields and improving biodiversity.
Wyld have installed Wyld Connect AT430 terminals and AT302 modems with soil moisture sensors from DFM Technologies in Australia to monitor soil moisture and are now collecting data.
Vast areas of agricultural land in Australia are remotely located and have no available networks to connect IoT sensors and devices. There is an immense demand for IoT connectivity from farmers and agronomists and PLF Australia are deploying Wyld’s solutions to deliver this accurate operational information to their customers to enable improved data-driven decision making.
Adopting IoT technology will help primary producers increase yields and reduce costs, which in turn will lift profitability and improve the competitiveness of Australian produce in international markets.
“Satellite IoT technology is now crucial to Australian agriculture, as the sector continues to grow quality produce for global markets,” said Alastair Williamson, CEO Wyld Networks. “We are delighted to have started initial deployments with one of Australia’s leading agricultural IoT companies.

Have ditched their mobile mesh?
Wyld suffered a loss of £1m in Q4 with net sales of £5k
Not really inline with making a profit.
The more I look into Wyld the more promising it gets. Huge number of units now being shifted, it was inline to start making profit even before the 3 latest large contracts, still waiting for an announcement regarding the join up with SpaceX, subscription model driving recurring revenue. Should grow revenue exponentially.
So much potential to expend geographically, using the platform and exploring higher data frequencies.
Very happy to hear Meta promoting Fundamental VR on Classic FM today. I guess 30 second ad extolling the contribution Fundamental VR are making in the field of cataract surgery. Clearly Meta think a lot about this company.
G.Rees to compare how airtag works with wyld network is like comparing a car to a speedboat sure both have steering wheels and take you places but the method is completely different. Airtags don't work in areas where there are no iPhones as they use the iPhone to report location. iPhones are not a common thing in the rainforest or a herd of cattle, even if they were the iPhone battery would be dead in 24hrs and I can't see cows stopping to recharge it, the modules that wyld sale last up two years without charging & work in remote locations making them ideal for long term data collection. Have a good Easter everyone.
G.Rees
You said spent an hour yesterday posting on here. I seriously dont think it has any impact on the shares and I don’t think hardly anyone reads these posts. I think you should just move on with things and forget this thing, whatever it is. Maybe you made a big loss here in the past? Daily posting and all that negative feeling, it’s not good for you and life is short. If you are looking for something to buy then go for something you feel as passionate about, no point spending time here if you have no interest in it. I wish you all the best.
Tern started pumping cash into DA 10 years ago….
It’s always ‘This is the year’ though isn’t it.
Tern’s share are not worth that amount.. Do you get it??
Tern selling their shares to an investor doesn’t increase DA’s cash balance. Tern will be diluted further as DA carry on issuing shares to cover the deficit.
They launched their Satellite service back in 2022…
If they’re still developing. Did it ever work?
I also think our investment in Device Authority should atleast double in value this year. $9m raised in 3 months and we still own 25% with implied value of £6m.
Fundamental VR revenues should increase by over 50% this year. Plenty of tech awards and recurring subscription model.
Not too sure or impressed by talking medicine. Have to wait and see how the 2023 expansion plays out
“Talking Medicines is particularly focused on scaling its presence in the US, having built out its sales operations in 2023 in New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia. Significant customer wins include onboarding eight new global healthcare advertising agencies who in turn have full coverage of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies.”
Was Launched in 2020. You’ve been paying for their lack of sales ever since.
We’ve been investing the development, now the true value will start to show
“2024 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for us as we accelerate customer acquisition and ramp up revenue for the business; having completed a lengthy period of testing and manufacturing of Wyld’s satellite IoT products.”
“In the coming months, the team are gearing up, as we now begin to see recurring revenue coming through the Wyld Fusion platform for Wyld Data as IoT managers begin onboarding their sensors and optimize our IoT device network across multiple satellite constellations.”
And along comes the ‘Airtag’.
How did that happen??? Without Wyld?
Never!
Have Wyld owned everything’Mesh’?.
After all these years.
£1.5k sales per month…
Someone’s telling a porky…Me thinks….
The recent fundraisers have disclosed the worth of the portfolio companies. The ADFVN crew have been found out…
1 + 1 = 5. Honest guv, Ignore the facts.
Go Tern
The underlying assets are way undervalued at this level. It really struck me that our main investments are not just early stage ventures, these are rapidly expanding companies in rapidly expanding sectors.
Tern itself has been streamlined. Great presentation and Q&A.
