Tern put in around £20m of your money into DA over 8 years and the value is still £20m.
Nothing to see hear move along!
Oh dear oh dear!
Sweepie/JR, I wonder how many small investors over the years you've put off buying in here. I'd bet money that it runs to three figures.
You just don't understand how the DA fund raise worked do you? DA decided they needed more money. They cast around to see who might be prepared to invest, alongside those who had already invetsed, including Tern. They asked Tern and Tern said 'oops, soz mate, piggy bank is empty'. So they put the word around... 10/11 pop their heads above the parapet and say 'hmmm yeah ok, but we want x amountof shares for the 7mil.'. DA think, fark, that's a bit cheap, and of course it dilutes our existing investors. Ogh well, sod it, we can do good things with that money and the return to everyone will be enhanced, diluted or not.'
Tern did not 'give away' anything. Or value DA at 25m anything.
Yes you are right its $s not £s
Yteback, read back through my posting history 4rshl. small minded berk mixing me up with someone else methinks.
Where has AS values DA at 25m?
Around 735k bought in a few minutes
Antelope the seriel ramper and p&d merchant is back wheres your mate rhodi?
Time to start the p&d again is it?
Valuing a business like DA who have had record quarters in the last few years and doubling revenue this year at £25m is a bit suspect to say the least
What 'brown envelope giveaway' are you talking about?
Only thing to hang my hat on after the brown envelope giveaway that Sisto has done that the people responsible for Darktrace IPO are going to do the same at DA and make another fortune. Sadly we will get crumbs of the fortune but as long as I get my money back I will be relieved
It’s not a lot of funding for the percentage acquired tho and hardly enough to push them into the record books… this is the main point that bothers me… if you believe in it that much & you are dealing with billion $ companies…. Throw £30m and get TF on with it.. this drop feeding BS that’s gone on for years doesn’t feed one with much confidence
& in regards to the comments made by the person who is paid to make positive comments. Until something tangible, valuable, with no more dilution is sorted it is all just hot air… been going on for years & the few million they got for “general working capital purposes & to strengthen the balance sheet”
Go and read some funding RNS’s from 2015/16/17&18 - almost 10 years ago & all rhey magaed to attain was enough funds to keep their salaries rolling for a bit longer.
Hate to be so negative BUT I’d rather that then utterly deluded.
From these levels I still think you’ll make a buck but the talk of dark trace etc is just clearly, utter S**te

in London, our Head of Comms, Eric Hewitson, delved into the impact of #satelliteIoT on food production. Engaging discussions and meeting experts like Dan Aherne, Group CEO at New England Seafood, made it an enriching evening!
Interesting these coments from Tim the PR man ref funding by the new investors into DA Any growing early-stage company needs capital to achieve its potential. Most “unicorns” have had hundreds of millions of investment. It is the old adage – 1% of something extremely valuable is an awful lot better to own than 100% of something worth nothing. The funding provided to DA is designed to maximise the ultimate value for Tern shareholders from DA and it has been structured with only this in mind.
these parallel events, occurring on different continents, reflect the shared commitment and strategic vision propelling device authority into a year of unprecedented growth and innovation.
but new investors took the **** in valuing the business at £25m but if the value reaches darktrace level we will be bothered by this buy in price?
AW needs to get more interviews lined up!!
Oh dear oh dear
Still taking a Tern for the worse. Like i said the other week 10% of your money back is better than zero
AW signing up same useless contracts as Darron did at Device Authority, has not monetary value explains why share price keeps tanking.
Releases a well received contract
Alastair Williamson does a well received presentation and discloses revenue flowing this year from its contract with SpaceX

I get the impression from the above video that Wyld have suffered setbacks in terms of hardware delivery. IIRC that was meant to be sorted September 2023 and due to be ramped up but in this video Williamson is still talking about a large pre-order backlog. He does however suggest in the Q&A session that the lead time for product from order is 8-12 weeks so hopefully they are on track to actually knock some of this product out of the door and start generating the revenue he refers to.
Wyld Networks sign an agreement with Elio Tecnologia to deploy Wyld Connect for agriculture in Latin America
Wyld Networks satellite connectivity provides soil and weather sensor data to compliment Elio Tecnologia’s drone derived imagery to refine agronomy models and meet productivity and sustainability goals for the agriculture sector. Elio Tecnologia's intention is to install more than 5,000 terminals on agriculture in Brazil within the next 36 months at a potential order value of approximately SEK 25 million.
Agricultural production in Brazil during 2013 was worth 230 billion Brazilian reals. Only one decade late in 2022 this had risen to 830 billion Brazilian reals.* This continuing rapid growth is driven by a combination of improved land management, innovation and technical progress and rapidly expanding data driven technologies.
At the forefront of new data in Agritech is Elio Tecnologia, a company specialized in collecting and processing geo-referenced images using proprietary aeronautical technology. Elio Tecnologia solutions are built from the integration of optical sensors, robotics, aerospace technology and artificial intelligence.
Collecting real data utilizing sensors in the field will enable optimisation of Elio Tecnologia’s algorithms and provide enhanced reliability for services to end customers.
“We are delighted to launch this partnership with Elio Tecnologia to combine data from sensors in the field with drone imagery,” said Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks. “Together we will enhance the quality of data for farmers and agronomists in the region even in the most remote locations.”
