They weren’t in a CLOSE (not closed) period
This is the 30 or 60 days before interim or annual results are announced to market
They were claiming to be in a blackout period. How can anybody be so thick to be told they’re wrong about 20 times and yet still continue to make the same error?
No wonder this country has had it. It’s people are stupid
At least your last sentence is right, Eloro. SC, a man delivering on his promises! Don't forget 2bn vs 15m - an isolated minority howling at the moon.
Stackhouse is part of the Bob crew. He was involved with the chinese discussions on Guyana Goldfields. And we know the latter got sold in 2020.
So he's well aware of the technicalties around buying shares in open market and especially in or around takeover or finance discussions. Equally he's going to be well conversed on how to circumnavigate them or play close to the red line.
At end of the day... buying an extra 100k shares is smallfry but I guess it suggests that all involved are OUT of a closed period for the moment. Perhaps they are about to go into another closed period so the window of opportunity is small.
Guyana Goldfields is perhaps the benchmark example for Bob and SOLG... but at a better price on assumesthat reflects the better assets.
There appear to be uncertainty on twitter regarding the article and the fact that Chris bought shares before an rns regarding any deals. Leave it to The Rocks Caldwell to have confusion following in his wake😆 No matter how inept he show himself to be, he can be assured of Add's continued support!
Looks like there could be interesting mining developments in Imbabura province in the not too distant future............. https://twitter.com/RecNaturalesEC/status/1778915362651668501
RK, they have done a cracking job renumerating the share price…..
No idea if this has been posted today, as really can't be bothered to read this forum any more.

Thanks RK... plenty of skin in the game then... looks like we're getting there gang. Enjoy
After all the rubbish in the past which Scott has sorted, every reference on the website to the Remuneration Committee says...
Renumeration Committee...
Meanwhile, having not been updated since July 2023 Major Shareholders has been taken down completely...
Maybe Chris has been doing a bit of dusting and cleaning while he waits for his mega payday...next Thursday...?
Don't you think you should filter Brad RK ?
If you could pass that on to him please DBW , thanks.
Once again Mining Journal spouting inaccuracies: 'which SolGold even considered selling' lol.
I suggest we still have a long ways to go, but the stars seem to be aligning somewhat.
Nice jump today. GLA.
P.S. Hope all is well with you Bubbles.
Chris stackhouse now has 215,000 shares...
He also has 6 million options exercisable from next Thursday...
Don’t worry about the FD hfm he’ll have a fairly decent salary and is probably invested in BHP and Rio 🤷♂️
Brad...you come on here once a flood and air your own worst fears...
Why didn't you dump out like you said you would ages ago...
You insult me with your vacuous opinion but its clear that you know nothing, unlike those of us that are researching this daily and have actually been in direct contact with key players...
Who by the way, to a man, are saying nothing at the moment and kept referring to MPNI, which means theres definitely something going on in the background...
Slightly concerns me that I hold many multiples more shares than our FD, Chris Stackhouse. Can someone who's got a better memory than me confirm he's got plenty of skin in the game via other means like options?
Also, if I'm getting thus right, we've now signed the actual exploitation Agreement after providing more certainty on terms, hence the more oven ready comment below ( if so a good thing )
Sorry being dumb, brutal week and I'm done in struggling with this rns which surely means f-all?
C
I get it alright Add, until I read an rns saying that funding is no longer an issue, I will take nothing for granted where The Rocks Caldwell is concerned.
This is important news. If you recall, we had to reapply for our IPA, in part to reflect the change in project status from exploration to exploitation. Now that this term sheet has been signed, we move closer to the revised IPA (which CMG links to below) being formally signed too. What was inked at PDAC was a statement of intent. Good PR for Solg and Ecuador on a big stage. Next up the real thing. All will be being closely watched by the Chinese who have had their fingers burned elsewhere in Ecuador and will be keen to pick up a tier one asset with all the necessary protections in place.
Yes, I seem to recall you may have mentioned this before. Perhaps you should have a read of SM's post. You'll get it one day.
Not the same thing.
Bubble 2021.
Fingers crossed, it comes good for us all.
Cheers CMG

See link I put up earlier.

The former. This is the exploitation agreement being signed/executed. Note the 33 year timeframe in both the linked RNS and the tweet/article.
Is this the actual signing of the exploitation agreement? Or the IPA?
Oven ready springs to mind.
