Monte
Nick SOLG for sale sign.......?
Yep clear as day - "This is defnitiely the plan for Solgold"
R's
BN.c
Monte it's an unsinkable ship lol !!:):)all aboard it's about to set sail !!:)
Loads of Quadswallop spouted here again today....
What Quady, that you jump ship and everyone stays onboard as it’s not sinking at all? Possible.
thank you NRL2901 and Monte. This BB can be a great help when not cluttered with squabbling. It's coming home boys and gals and binaries. (tick!)
No offence taken Monte but likely outcome is the polar opposite.
I just had a thought.
It's 5 years in the future, BHP own Alpala and are just finishing off final construction.
Quady is still insisting that it's all a bluff and Solg are still really taking it to prodution.
Like the Captain of the sinking ship, who is still on the bridge, refusing to believe the ship is actually sinking, long after everyone else has boarded the life boats and have long gone.
Ps it was just a thought Quady, no offense intended lol
Woody what are you on about the share price has increased by over 500% since 2013 and if you got in at under 1.5 pence that's nearly 2000%
Seems to me Mather knows a move is coming and he is trying to save face before it happens, in view of his previous ****** about taking SG to production, which knackered the SP for years.
Having relistened he also says just after three minutes in that majors tend to take over his entities and that is certainly the plan in respect of solgold. Maybe timing might be like noront Fortissimo and they feel current low gold and copper prices can help with a bid.
i can also confirm Solg have done no regional exploration since January... direct from Fawzi
'exploration drilling at the regional projects was paused in January and has not been restarted as the exploration team are undertaking extensive field programmes'
DaKat - why are you repeatedly asking about drill results?
SolGold haven't drilled a regional since January and are carrying out infill and petrological activities at Tandyama and Alpala.
SolGold have been transparent about this.
Looks like we will make it through July with no news from Solgold-very disappointing- there has to be some drill results out there
Fortissimo - It is mentioned in the slides (but not verbally by Nick) between circa 5:30 and 6:00 of his presentation at https://vimeo.com/731647251.
Afternoon Bozi like most of us the idea of 10,000 dollars an ounce and copper going to 30,000 dollars a metric tonne was complete fantasy.
Again the sensible posters could see the world markets cooling and at some point debt consolidation will be required by some countries.
As for the copper price I have no idea, only to say the downward pressure is still apparent.
Noosa mining conference.
Did I miss something? Where or when did Mather say 'corporate action' coming or expected as per some posts above. Is this recent or just echo's of last years comments?
MF, ha! Touching idea but I'd rather pull my own teeth.
When a 3rd party shows their interest, this will be the day that the blue torch paper is truly lit!
Quady - so where do you see the copper price bottoming out?
Also, when do you think this could happen? A year or two from now?
We certainly don't want it in 2025 is it'll harm the economics behind our first production from Alpala?
Ohh….do I hear wedding bells, better get my suit to the dry cleaners ;). I was under the impression solgold would fund Alpala through bringing a near surface mine/open pit first to production (and to be fair, unless an acceptable offer came in ?) my other gripe whether it be mining news or published news from Ecuador rarely hear about Solgold was reading an article on sunstone metals (?) so come on solgold media push so publicity out here
Addicknt, Quady
You do know that opposites attract don’t you?
One day we may hear a proposal from one to the other lol, have a nice day you two
Atb
Solg SP should have gone up, but something hindered it, probably, how to bring it into production. In Comparison, HZM.L is funded, and Nickel is a battery metal and facing low inventory issues.
Q, do you ever get lonely living in that strange little world of yours? You invent and distort almost everything and then deny having said things. You appear incapable of understanding your own posts and yet expect us to do so. And when you're challenged to support some of your statements - as I did this morning, you simply refuse to answer and then deflect by making totally irrelevant comments.
And as for your attempt to re-write what NM said, it was simply laughable. Everyone else understood exactly what he was saying, but yet again you attempted to deny it, although it's impossible to misinterpret his comments. Doesn't it ever occur to you that perhaps you get things wrong?
Good afternoon Bozi, the problem with the copper price is Covid, the war in the Ukraine and the levels of debt around the world.
All these things suppress economic activity and are here for some time yet.
