Totally agree …. Get the AGM and merger sorted
Hopefully our friends from the East have been soaking up the Blackrock stock ….. someone has
The chinese involvement gives me an assurance that we have a bright future. Upcoming board meeting critical
highfly, the critical question is what is step 3? If we sell and everyone gets a payoff, trust is not even in question. If step 3 is a Maxit move at the expense of the rest of us, then trust will never be earned. I am not usually binary in my thinking, but the narrative here has developed so that we PIs are cornered, can't sell because most of us are in the red, can't buy more because most of us were already maxed out and positioned for a corporate event for the last two years.
I hope alongside everyone else, but we are objectively on the receiving side of a ton of s h i t

Does the santa rally start?
Asking for a friend
DBW, the record date was 17th Dec, so the answer is no.
Decided to buy a few today, I sold this long time ago at 25p. Very surprised it's back down to this low despite they now have a top copper investor as partner.
BP yep apparently at this stage we’ve registered our intention to vote and the count is done on the day
Thanks
I doubt shares can be used twice for voting , DBW . In theory you could have more votes than shares in issue !
Q …. Ok let’s just say they have 30m less than they did a few weeks ago
Ive asked jco to post the trading code theory on here from harl just for some to have a look at .
DBW , BlackRock are not dumping shares just normal trading of fund or funds.
Make sure you vote with your 8000 shares novice every little bit helps.
Black rock hold Solgold in their World Mining Trust fund.

addicknt - Thanks for the reply and agreed!
You can just send them a secure message with your instructions. I asked them to vote in favour of all resolutions at the upcoming AGM and they confirmed shortly afterwards. Very smooth
I'm still waiting for the TR1's to drop. Normally they have just 3 days to notify. So come on BHP and NCM... let's be having your TR1's. As for Blackrock, they are not obligated to notify as they are outside UK but the expected level of a global entity like Blackrock does mean that they should meet basic standards and dlecare through to 2.99%. That's what most companies do that have high standards. Let's see how Blackrock deal with it. Thus far, all of them seem a bit grumpy lol!
Here’s a question
If say Blackrock voted some of their shares two weeks ago then subsequently sold them. Could the new purchaser vote them again?
Yes we wait patiently don't we BNC /Pinot ....
Aquinaga … nice
I dont really know much about bkackrock which fund do they have solgold and did they buy them cheap because i do not understand why they would see them for a loss from their fund. I would be unhappy if i was invested in that fund and they were selling now and losing money why not wait for the bidding war
Blackrock been playing their usual games and dumping shares for the last couple of months which have been readily soaked up.
Voted for all resolutions yesterday for all three holdings, ISA, SIPP and Certified holdings.
Hope the logjam unlocks soon!
Once merger sorted and AGM out of the way I’m sure we’ll see a reaction…. In the meantime please vote if you haven’t
11 trade ...gla my theory two bits of news?
