Jimmy,
If you have a complaint, then complain to their PR team. You seem to forget that the company operates on a shoestring budget with a handful of staff and not the IR department. So what are you going to complain about next? A broker report sent to their clients and not widely distributed? Think about the folly of your case.
You claim the company does not engage with its entire shareholder base. Seriously, is this your motive for complaining? The company uses a variety of platforms, including Proactive, IMC (next), SP and me. The former charge considerable fees, and for what? What most investors class as softball questions that offer no insight long term investors have already gleaned through me and SP, both of which offer more proactive service, but for a fee because advertisements do not for the lights.
You are not sincere with your motive/complaint. If you were honest, you would admit you do not want to pay for service behind a paywall, even one that costs less than a family meal delivered by Deliveroo.
Have you ever considered for a moment how many investors kept the faith in during extended periods without news due to the long hours I have put in to keep my readers informed? I have quite a few PMs thanking me for my efforts; some suggest they were almost tempted to sell, or bank half, etc. Some of these investors are seriously wealthy. As arrogant as it may appear, the SP probably would be much lower without my efforts and SA generosity or his time.
Do you make the same complaint about any other company you are invested in? If so, please tell and allow me and others to investigate. I guess you are attempting to stifle newsflow through me because you do not want to pay for it. It is shortsighted, foolish, and I stand by my feeling you are vindictive.
Do you complain to the SNG management when they do interviews in the USA, or behind news outlets that also have a paywall or subscription service? I know I have clicked on URLs that have taken me to a paywall. I can tell you I didn't fire off an email complaining.
Elrico, hold on a minute. Your comments make it appear that my comments are directed at you when they have consistently been a criticism of how the Investor Relations Dep at SBTX fails to engage with its entire shareholder base. The shareholders OWN SBTX and it is the duty of management to keep them informed.
Jimmy,
I understand your motive and your vindictive nature; it is remarkable.
First point: I have not been provided with "sales forecasts" by Stuart.
Second: You seem to want to punish me and my subscribers for doing my job - asking more probing questions open sites that are paid, like Proactive, Vox, etc., have not.
In truth, you are deceptive in your motives. Mine and SP business model is a subscription one, and it is so because neither of us can make a living from advertisements.
Third point: I recognised the significance of the "target" and shared this and the maths with my members and non-members. Therefore, your moaning is not justified. Perhaps keeping all of my content behind the paywall and not sharing opinions and work here is the way to go if it offends people like you so much.
Jimmylondon,
Listen carefully to elrico's podcast which he has put in the public domain at 25 minutes onwards, and you will understand NO demand forecasts have been made by the company but the National Psoriasis Foundation of America who are quoted as having 8,000,000 paid up members in that podcast, fed back to Stuart their idea of likely numbers which caused Stuart to think about how the supply chain would need to be robustly built up to manage and satisfy that demand. There was then illustrative talk of staggered 25,000 block supply build ups over a period of time until registered demand was satisfied

‘Happy to help’ ffs, seen it all now. Happy to help with what? All you do is post conjecture and ramping nonsense based on nothing but liking the sound of your own voice. You quoted 50k, you got called out, embarrased yourself with a lie and couldn’t prove where that came from because you made it up. What on earth could you help people to understand??? Now we’ve got a new one, US interest ‘through the roof’. Based on what? A few people discussing on psoriasis forums? Even posting complete bullschidt from holiday. Anyway, I’ll leave it here, you have been exposed as the complete ramper you are and people will now see that in everything you post.
I think the difference is many people signed up initially expressing an intrest in the product, not a contract to purchase. Indeed all at the first initial stages didn’t know how much the treatment was going to cost. Think everyone understands that, so in effect it would be wrong to claim them as subscribers. Indeed Stuart has not said any figure , although I will be hoping more a more exact one once our sales become established. I know that Stuart has declared that enquiries are growing at an alarming rate. Which if you can give me some leeway here can be interpreted many ways… which led to my comments about the African matchbox seller increasing his sales from 2 to 6 boxes, so thought sales where increasing at an alarming rate: Even those comments were ridiculed by some here; saying prove it about the matchbox numbers so to speak.and they completely missed the point and need to align investor and company expectations. As for the 50k it’s certainly not exact but was in the same way giving a rough idea, as quite honestly I believe the number now to be far higher and outnumber amount of product available. This is why the company wants a soft start to iron out any problems in the supply chain to ensure those subscribing will always get product. Just think about that last comments. As the product is manufactured bacteria, clearly it wouldn’t take a lot for this highly specialised production to go horribly wrong and not only loose the whole batch in the production stages but have to chemically clean all the production equipment and effectively start again, also why we have purchased such a large warehouse. So in a nutshell guys we have massive demand, however if anyone has looked on the USA psoriasis forums they would clearly see that demand was going to be through the roof. They would reach a similar conclusion. Hope this helps explain things guys, and if any genuine investor wants to discuss it privatly I’m more than happy to help,
Elrico, You misinterpret my comments. No suggestion of a conspiracy, merely pointing out what I see as an unusual comms strategy by the CEO if you or belgrano were able to obtain figures not available elsewhere. Imagine if I were to tell you that if you only bothered to hop on a plane and visit Resmond, WA, Microsoft’s CEO would provide you with sales forecasts not previously made available through an investor call, you would think that questionable no?
Hi Aquea. Still got to wear a mask everywhere around ship. Even watching a show. I’m on first 1st overseas since COVID trip as opposed to a staycation cruise. One thing that’s just caught nearly every passenger out, is getting off the ship requirements. Everyone thought it was straight firm after 4th Oct, but not the case. Border control still require a prepaid day 2 pcr test and then fill out a complicated electronic locator form, not easy mid channel with extortionate and poor internet. Think there is going to be a passenger revolt in two days time as no ones managed to complete it yet. Set for off topic gents. Last one,
Currently battling through a 5 Mtr sea swell almost in the middle of dreaded Biscay then just to drive up and buy you a cold beer Elrico. Things are most certainly falling into place nicely with this company now. In just three weeks the income streams will start . Of course there will be recycle with subs being stopped by those who don’t get a positive response or in their viewpoints don’t see enough of a positive response. However the core number of subscribers should steadily grow, boosted by feedback from those who see their conditions improving. One big thing is we can now work out approx income to the company once confirmed. However it does bring me back to my old “straw poll”, where those I knew who had subscribed an intrest still intend to purchase product. Although my number is small all have claimed to still require product, so I’m highly incouraged that sales will prove an outstanding success as subs grow at alarming rates.
Hi moorlands, been called plenty of names, not all repeatable but not hyman
Greetings Belgrano, are you also known as L K Hyman ??????
p.s. elrico, excuse me for asking, and you may have done so in the past, but I wonder why you are not covering Angle ? seems like just your realm of expertise....
you do a fantastic job elrico - and are generous to boot....
No need to apologise - no offence taken. I mean no disrespect.
Elrico - kudos for the job you do. Honestly.
Regardless - the product and supply model is what bought my investment here. Scaleable/minimal outlay/maximum return. Revenues will be great, profit phenomenal.
beinthelead,
CEO's are constraint by regulatory burdens and sometimes overzealous NOMADs. Interviews with other sources, like Proactive and little old me, is a CEO's chance to add colour and context otherwise not allowed in an RNS. I managed to extract a lot of extra detail from Stuart. However, I concentrated on AxisBiotix and a nugget on Croda. I did not expand on other parts of the business because there would have been no point in people like Belgrano driving a 500-mile round trip. And I thought he was doing this to see me. I'm heartbroken, Belgrano. ??
Apologies if my earlier post came across as being abrupt. It was not intentional.
Jimmy,
It is easy to be the critique without seeking the facts to support your conspiracy. My interview with Stuart supplements the RNS without breaching regulatory rules on inside information. However, I asked a few questions proactive did not. Funnily enough, this happens a lot.
In this interview Stuart was clear, he is open to answering questions from investors, it is part of his role, one which he takes seriously. No doubt, if you could be bothered to approach Stuart with a query, he would be just as helpful to you, just as long as you are not foolish enough to ask for inside information.
beinthelead,
With respect. You don't get access to CEOs and chairmen and get to represent them at investor meetings without gaining some form of credibility. What constitutes credibility in your eyes? A filthy mouth blogger (sorry, journalist) calling ordinary retail investor morons if they do not agree with him?
Credibility should be about integrity, the ability to ask the right questions, and feed this back to investors and potential investors alike, as accurately as possible. I am not suggesting Mr Angry does not have these qualities, either.
Perhaps you mean a platform that has access to HNWI? Indeed, I do, and they are growing in number. Not because I am just another BBM.
Heh Belgrano, as someone who went on numerous cruises pre-covid, how is your experience so far? I must admit to being put off by insistence of mask wearing whilst moving around the ship and in Theatres despite all passengers required to be double jabbed, and receiving a negative test before boarding the ship with accompanied tours only if you wish to leave the ship which seems a bit ott?
Good post aquaS, I seem to have picked up a troll who won’t get anything from me. However if he looks at my previous posts everything I’ve said so far has happened so I’m a serious holder and not a non invested troll disruptor. Agree with your posts and it does seem everything is firmly on track , Sorry if post a little disjointed ad I’m in the middle of the biscay, and hoping gin will aid the effect of the swells.
Yes, his comm’s via RNS are very good. To add more clarity to my points; I believe if Stuart must communicate extra curricular info, it would add more value doing so via other outlets. That’s not a criticism, just a view. Also not a criticism of Elrico - he’s clearly a very smart and knowledgeable guy. Helpful, too.
My commentary was an emotionless view on communicating via a PI.
Well personally I think Stuart's comms with the small team he has are just fine; he posted a proactive investor interview in addition to a timely RNS to explain his launch strategy, which is small batches to limited numbers of both UK and US pre-registered customers until the end of this Calendar Year to test the supply chain, before scaling up to meet the balance of registered interested customers in the New Year. Regarding numbers, we know that the NPF are actively working with Stuart to promote axisbiotix and they have 9 million members, we also know that there is a 70% success rate from the consumer study including participants who have tried every other product on the market without success until now. So I would suggest that a guesstimate of 50,000 by the time the soft launch has concluded and those participants have communicated back to other NPF members their experience of the product, will prove hugely conservative.
On a separate note re the big seller, it is worth noting that the largest shareholder Optibiotix Health, are now free to sell their investment in Skin, although SOH has said that he wont sell down in a way to crash the share price and doesn't believe he will get optimum value by selling at the current sp. That said, the fact that O[ti are free to sell may prompt the second biggest holder, Seneca Partners, to take a pre-emptive strike and reduce their holdings
Really appreciate the words of support from serious investors. Think we have to acknowledge that some major institutions do get the inside track on what’s actually happening without having to go through the full guarded rns system. Then we have small team groups of private pi,s who actually hold similar quantities of stock, but care to share what they either know or work out what’s happening from guarded messages or private emails from others in a similar position. You don’t see the institutions posting, si please don’t rubbish those that are actually trying to aid investors here.
First post on here, but keen reader. Couple of things;
1. Toyin is correct. No price sensitive information will be issued outside of an RNS, let alone to a PI.
2. Elrico charges people for his research and access to a company linked network. No information he shares that has came from Stuart Ashman can be price sensitive.
3. With respect, Stuart should sit down with a more credible outlet and disseminate ‘extra’ news more professionally.
Fantastic stock. Perfect business model. Looking forward to the next couple of months.
Let's get one thing straight. Irrespective of what is posted on this or any other forum, Stuart Ashman would never give inside information to any individual or group of investors, period! Anybody or bodies implying otherwise are lying scumbags. Stuart is a class CEO, the end.
Hi Belgrano, while I appreciate the information you provide, as an investor we must all ask. In all my years of investing, I have yet to hear of a situation where a company’s CEO or Investor Relations group chooses to communicate information through someone not associated with the company. I t creates all sorts of potential for insider information and corruption.
