Sorry but this is normal to be suspended when you are taking over an entity(two in this case) worth MANY TIMES the current market cap.
Premium placing is a refreshing change from the normal heavily discounted AIM rubbish and shows the confidence here.
Imho this will revisit a penny in no time and beyond for the patient
Couldn't agree more about all the bureaucratic nonsense required, but if this does all go according to plan, this could easily be a 5-10 bagger very quickly from these ridiculously low levels.
Yes it’s stupid. Not the deal or the raise at a premium. All the red tape and the need for a pointless admission document. Expensive and pointless. We were told that this sort of nonsense was going to be abandoned in U.K. mkts. What is the point? No wonder investors are so disillusioned. The proposed changes by lse need to come in to stop all this rubbish but of course lots of people are making lots of money out of these old quill pen rules that achieve nothing at all. Good stuff by the company of course but easy to see what they are up against and why no new companies want to list on lse or aim at the moment and look at other stock mkts. Red tape galore, little investment and valuations that are the cheapest in the world. Sorry for rant!
I am certainly a fan of ROCK which has been good for me (trading profits) over the last few years....I am not a Holder at present though I wish I was (a small amount though).......I certainly have no axe to grind and hope it proceeds ok.
My initial thoughts are "playing with the big boys" "burnt fingers" "rainbows" "disclosed profits were before taxation and depreciation-why?" " approvals" "due diligence" " why not disclosed why UAE Delivery List removal?" .........and Lazarus ROCK pays $2m for the 10%......not just for signing!
I don't think it will happen....but if it does and the due diligence is done right and successful (if we get proof) I may be tempted to buy back in when a suitable entry point presents itself.
GLA holders anyway!
Looks like a relist min 0.5 with massive scope for more.
I think it’s very exciting news and when you have had posters like WhiteSuitGuy constantly bashing the company and those who believe in their investments even though they might be underwater in a difficult climate it reinforces why you should ignore what’s written by obvious derampers and go with your own research.
This is a great forward thinking RNS
I’m totally shell shocked and very excited and can’t wait to see what happens next?!?!? Even the raise is at a 36% premium to the current SP (I think I read it correctly at 0.5p) and that’s a first for me as normally it’s at a lower price n dilutes the share prices? Well it looks like we will have to sit on our hands for a bit and await to see what unfolds? I’m in agreement with Big Bear and this may rerate the company?? I await with bated breath lol!!
All good here Big Bear despite the conditional nature of the deal.
We even retain 10% of each Company just for signing the deal.
The appeal of revenue generation, increased m/c is all worth it IMO and will raise Rockfires profile enormously.
Oh! Don’t forget our other assets also - looking good here at last.
Now, where’s Whitesuitguy
This is a huge RNS that shots see a massive re rate
Mid cap company post rrto
Thanks for that. I used a separate Tab to search aquis and it didn't come up.
I top sliced at 10:03 , it was a SELL but shows as a BUY of 675,454 Shares, value £2465
When you type rock in the search above, the aquis page comes up.
So where apart from here are trades listed ? Mine from this morning hasn't shown up and I don't see this stock on aquis ??
China have ban rare earth minerals. Niger have stopped france taking uranium for cheep and are charging full price £200 nuclear just got expensive as uk gets over 10% dependent from France nuclear
Next pit stop .60p
RNS Out
Very undervalued and fully funded with a possible future bidder for the company on board with sticky fingers
Well BigBear2 that was a nice Uncrossed Trade of 6.5million shares at £25K so its building up nicely for a run at 0.4s now n regards Nobby
