Hard to know whether someone would want to take over the company as it's tiny in the grand scheme of things, but it's got so much potential that it's a steal at the current market cap.
It'll be interesting to see how this goes, because in a normal market, this SP could easily double from where it is now!
People seem to completely ignoring the $36m contract win. Contracts of that nature tend to have a decent profit margin, so even if that's a 5 year contract, it's a great start, which shows the huge potential just one part of this business has. The market value of the whole company is way less than the value of that single contract in one part of the business! Fill your boots!
I'm a great believer in this company, but let's have a dose of reality. Whatever the revenue being generated or the acquisitions being lined up, no-one yesterday was screening for a 6% dilution with a placement at 1.05p, or at least I certainly wasn't. Hopefully, it's to make a vital acquisition within the next few days/weeks at most.
I'm thinking more about the specific financials, i.e. for period X we expected to make £y profit, but now we expect £z because we're trading ahead of expectations. It's the vague financials that seem to be holding us back.
Nigh on everything seems to be in place now, but the main thing that's always missing and seems to be holding back the inevitable surge in the SP is the lack of forward guidance or any guidance. Things being in line or ahead of expectations are great, but investors need a bit of a clue what those expectations actually are!
I'm genuinely surprised by the lack of SP action today. This has felt like a share that could breakout any time soon and I thought today might continue the upward trend we've had over the last couple of weeks.
Clearly the fact that there's gold in them thar hills is no longer enough to get a share moving upwards!
I can see you point, FH, but actually I'd say the SP has now fallen to such an extent that this company has now made itself an obvious takeover target given the market opportunities it has.
So can anyone explain why we're still suspended? Once audited accounts have been produced and filed, shares normally resume trading. Why haven't ours?
Frankly, I don't really ave any idea why this share is still suspended!
It can only be a guess but I suspect reasonable profits have been made over the past few days and some traders prefers to lock those in rather than wait for an update. Long-term holders will take their chances, but traders will want to get out before the risk of a poor RNS tomorrow. If it's a good RNS they will have missed out on potentially much higher profits, but many prefer a bird in the hand rather than two in the bush! And in this market, who can really blame them!?
