Can’t resist can you ?
And he calls me a kit-Kat … give it a rest.
I was making the point that we are BOTH responsible for letting Sam get away with the mess that RKH are in . Of course we all know that as a day trader.. you don’t see that as failure but rather as an opportunity. Different sides of the same coin. Your turn…. Bet you can’t resist ?
Try to post something about rkh if you can.
End of thread.
Once again, Garbled, I say , just as I told your other alias. Go back to ADVFN … they think the world of you.
Lattices,
You are trying to make this bb just like advfn.
Don't have time for your nonsense, have a break mate, stop been a k...k...all your life...etc
No one forced to buy or hold....if you don't like rkh, you know what to do. Don't reply to posts again.
Pass the buck … squirm , obfuscate … we know all your tricks Garbled … your IP gives you away.
Lattice,
LOL...I think you had a bad day so far.
One minute, attacking Navitas, then Attacking Sam, now,
Attacking Garbled. What are the connections between the 3 ?
FYI, I have only one account, call LSE and find out, if you carry on
With the drivel, I am fully ready for it. The ball in your court.
Daikihaku1,
Yes I believe it was ICSID
In fact I got mixed up there were two cases one against Kyrgyzstan(claimed $600m :no award given )and one against Uzbekistan (claimed $1250m : won $10.3m )
But here is a link to the pages
https://investmentpolicy.unctad.org/investment-dispute-settlement/cases/220/oxus-gold-v-kyrgyzstan
https://investmentpolicy.unctad.org/investment-dispute-settlement/cases/441/oxus-gold-v-uzbekistan
Just pointing out facts, Garbled… Market Dealer … so guys like you know what you’re up against. Most of the time you don’t remember which of your multiple aliases you are using today.
I’ll leave you to Red …
Lattice,
Please give it a rest, thanks
And Navitas pick up the pieces ?
I would expect Sam to claim that he has discharged his CEO responsibilities and claim the VAST share options that would effectively give him virtual control of the Company ?
Bluedefender,
Interesting take and thanks for sharing your experience. Was it through ICSID also? If we end up getting no award or an unfairly low one, there could possibly be a very tempting buying opportunity short term. As everyone is aware this case became a sideshow after Navitas joined, but I suspect we could have a significant short term dip from traders who are invested based on a positive outcome and the subsequent re-rating.
Meanwhile Navitas bide their time and Sam still collects his HUGE salary
I expect that no consensus is reached and then it can be wise (politically speaking) to wait until the deadline. This way you can say you tried all you can do to find the best solution and this is the end result. Especially because there is so much at stake, this is probably the smartest thing ... So... Few more days to wait
In my opinion we will not win anything or if we do it will be on the lower end of compensation, before I get shouted at I am not in any knowledgeable position, but my believe in justice from these arbitration panels has been massively dented due to my experience during the Oxus Gold arbitration saga - for those that do not know -and to cut a very long story short, Oxus Gold spent million building a gold mine in Uzbekistan only to have is expropriated by the government of that country- arbitration result NO AWARD given to Oxus gold and shareholder lost everything.... hmmm justice ? I think not.
This is just getting silly on the part of the arbitrators. To run it down to the last fortnight is frankly ridiculous and pointless. The decision was made in principle ages ago long before April and it’s only the Italians fannying about as only they can do that has delayed it this long. If RKH had lost it would have been announced last year or earlier. The amount I guess is the key. Of course there is an inevitability about the +60 days so October should be fun.
15 Days to Quantum or Extension , the clock is ticking !
