Dr_H, Spermidine.
Cant say I have heard of it before.

The link doesn’t work for me. What were they investigating?
What a crazy post
So you don’t get fillings as you get older?
This is a bit of a strange one as the article is about a different ingredient but goes on to say.....
" During the investigation period, only the “TimeShop Spermidine Capsules” on the Jingdong platform had been out of stock for more than a month, and the replenishment was completed by the 17th. The relevant person in charge said: During this period, the cutting-edge health ingredients sulforaphane, Fruitflow and Erqing quercetin capsules were also popular, which alleviated to a certain extent the unsatisfied user needs caused by the shortage of spermidine."

It's fair to report that I had a comprehensive response today and I feel confident that taking FF leading up to the extraction, will cause no issues.
Lots of foods and drinks have potential to cause tooth decay. It's why you brush your teeth.
Staring to worry that FF might cause tooth decay.
Had my first filling recently, but other than that no other work...will keep you all updated if that changes...
I had a tooth extracted last year without stopping taking FF, and I had no problem at all.
stopping taking it wont do any harm (should say)
It won't do any harm if you are worried.
Last year my dentist sent me directly to hospital for a wisdom tooth extraction due to an abscess. An extremely painful process but no complications due to bleeding.
As FF is 1 tab pd, I think I'll stop taking it for a few days before the procedure. It's disturbing that the company don't seem to have an answer to a reasonable question.
"Safety considerations
Compounds found in Fruitflow® have been shown to affect many aspects of platelet function, including (via effects on TF immobilization and signalling) thrombin generation. Therefore, during all human intervention studies, care was taken to incorporate specific safety-focused measures to examine whether any effects on the intrinsic or extrinsic clotting pathways could be detected alongside antiplatelet effects. An antiplatelet which also affected blood coagulation pathways could raise safety concerns. However, in all intervention studies undertaken, clotting time measurements showed no significant increases from baseline levels (Table 5). Fruitflow® does not directly affect blood coagulation at any dose tested."

As far as I know there is no guidance available and there has only been one sub-trial from by-health that comments on the clotting time of blood for FF Users. However, I did undergo some elective surgery last year when the surgeon found out that I was using FF and postponed the surgery for a minimum period of 2 weeks because they were concerned that FF could affect clotting times.
If you need a volunteer to extract the teeth.............
Can't see why you would have to stop taking it before a tooth extraction.
Is there guidance on when FF should be stopped before a tooth extraction? I've contacted PXS but no response.
wellsite, I dont think the form filling was a poor excuse for the delay in purchasing the remaining stock from DSM, more a necessity that IF thought relevant to share.
IMO, the short???? delay is down to 2 things out with our control.
"(i) the likely demand from the Company's actual and prospective Fruitflow customers for the next 12 months and beyond, to include By-Health; and
(ii) the outcome of the stability tests on the existing Fruitflow inventory."
Disappointing that the handover is not done and dusted but I would rather IF was cautious at this stage than purchase stock that might end up out of date.
“Capital structure and funding update
The Company remains keen to minimise dilution to shareholders and remains focussed on moving into profitability as its revenues from Fruitflow increase.”. It seems to me that maybe SL might of objected to more dilution ,and who could blame him .imo
It'll be H&B selling off old stock - when I got some cheap earlier in the year the used by was Jul 23. compared with June 24 from PXS at the same time. Expect the only place to get FF+ soon in UK will be directly from PXS
Still not available in a growing number of places
W-pull-yer-finger-out-IF-and-start-delivering-value-form-filling-was-a-poor-excuse-$
Cheaper than the £15 a month direct from PXS?
H&B 3 for 2 plus 20% off using FLASH code. Not quite a tenner a box, but getting there.
W$
Got a top up but not at 0.70. MMS are brutal at the moment to anyone who sells. Just got to be patient and wait for all the news to come
Look out for a 555555 trade later
They were my trades. It helps getting them through. And yes it was me who did it before several times. Trying to catch up with wellsite.
Will it?
Quirky way to do it then.
Someone a fair while ago was telling us they were buying in this manner, can't remember who.
Not that it matters, a few buys are welcome while we all ponder the financing requirement. personally, I wish we had just got it done when first informed, the dust would have well and truly settled by now, and we'd know funding was no longer an imponderable.
