Why is no one interested in PXS ? if this was going to take off in China then why is there next to no trades ? spread of 28% ATM putting off buyers. Amazing that people are still optimistic .Would be glad to hear a positive view that sounds realistic.
Are inheritance tax free , if this stretches on many more years at least my kids will be ok . “Investing in small companies can help
If you buy shares listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), they are free from inheritance tax once you have held them for two years.
Invest successfully and the savings could be huge, as any assets above the inheritance allowances are walloped with a 40 per cent tax bill. However, the inheritance tax benefit is a reward for taking considerable risk by investing in small, often untested UK-listed companies.
Therefore this approach is only right for experienced investors who understand the risks and can afford to lose money should it not work out.
AIM is the London Stock Exchange's market for small and medium-sized companies in their growth stage. Inevitably these companies are much riskier to invest in than those that have been established for a long time.
They are more likely to go bust, or see their values plummet. For example, the share price of AIM-listed outsourcing group iEnergizer collapsed last week, when it announced it was delisting from the exchange. That will have left some investors nursing losses and unable to trade their shares as easily.
But equally, because they are still in their infancy, AIM companies are more likely to see rapid growth.
I don't know the exact circumstances but I thought the company only had to notify number of shares after any increase or (maybe one day) decrease has occurred.
Is a CS01 not a yearly requirement?
Saying that, I think most of us realise that, going forward, the company might require at least some cash for the purchase of stock that may or may not result in some dilution.
No dilution @ 15 April. But IF does tend to state #shares just prior to one.

Alf/gix Agree with what your saying , but in the last Rns the first paragraph says “Capital structure and funding update
The Company remains keen to minimise dilution to shareholders and remains focussed on moving into profitability as its revenues from Fruitflow increase.” Wonder if SL has had a quiet word with If about more dilution, speculation on my part ,but they do seem to be making a point .
alfista, I have no doubt that the company may need to raise further funds but the big question is... How much?
After paying 550k Euro for around half the stock DSM holds/held we should still have some cash in the bank but again... How much?
We should get the answer soon.
insert fingers crossed emoji here.
Could be, but there was the re iteration that a raise may be necessary.
If the stock doesn't have the required shelf life, I assume that they can elect not to take it.
I'm sure that IF is fully aware of the lack of certainty felt by many, and I hope that the plan is working out after this major shift in the business model of Provexis.
IMO, Without the extra revenue of the last 4 months we have/had enough cash in the bank to cover the remainder of the €550k (£483k) due to DSM by the end of this month.
We had cash of £745k at 30 September 2022
Last trading day of April today , payment due to DSM , I assume it must of come from increased revenue! as we are unaware of how else it will be paid .
The old list will be irrelevant now.
We can all see what By Health are about, they are a mega company with stellar growth. They have featured Fruitflow in future plans, and say that the necessary Chinese regulatory work is nearing completion. As ever, a further health benefit has been added to the long list, and as a consequence, the patenting and regulatory submission work gets delayed again. Everyone can see the potential if ByHealth give it the promotional work that they have done with their other, highly successful, products
You're not on your own tonich, I think quite a few of us are in the same boat. I've taken a bit more proactive approach recently and traded a few, just to get my average down a bit. I've managed to reduce it from 0.97 to just below 0.90 which doesn't seem much but makes me feel a bit better and doesn't look quite such a drag on my portfolio. Every time it gets to 1p I keep thinking "that's it, I'm out" and then a little voice in the back of my head says "hang on, this could be the turning point" and I can't bring myself to sell. After which, inevitably, it falls back to 0.65. Perhaps 2023 is THE year though - we live in hope! Good luck either way. K
Once upon a time I'd get really excited by this list.
It was just a matter of time.
The word will spread.
All these products have got to start generating a profit.
Now, all I care about having waited for 13 years is actually making some money in this frustrating product.
Frustrating because I take it every day and know it has improved my health but as an investment its been very unhealthy for me.
Rant over and I understand that, for others, the list still has some meaning.

It's a Chinese strain of Probiotics.
https://by-health.com.au/blogs/news/independently-developed-native-strains
Thanks gixer. I like the following paragraph. So what is this patented strain LPB27?
Previously, BY-HEALTH has successively released the research results of PCC1, the world's leading anti-aging substance, the first large-scale study on NAD+ and aging in Chinese population, and the research results of Qingluosu on improving blood flow health in Chinese population. Functions and new technologies, including the patented strain LPB27, which has been independently developed for 7 years, have been implemented on the product side.
Just copy and paste the link into google translate.

Hi gixer,
How to get the English translation of that article?
With any luck Fruitflow will be included in 2023 By-Healths "three "moon goals"
"With the opening of the new cycle of VDS, Liang Yunchao believes that this is the "best opportunity" for the VDS industry. Facing the new cycle, he has determined the development strategy of "strong technology and strong brand". Focusing on the three "moon goals" to continue to promote forward-looking basic research such as national invention patents for raw materials and formulas, research and development of new and heavy-duty single products, anti-aging and precision nutrition, BY-HEALTH accelerates the transformation of technology-based enterprises."
https://www.stcn.com/article/detail/852884.html
"Where is the Sea of Stars for VDS? And where should Byhealth be looking at to find the Sea of Stars?
I believe the secret answer lies with the three “moon target” of Byhealth. “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land on a cloud”. The first “moon targe” is the national invention patent of ingredients and formula for a differentiated advantage of Byhealth amongst peer products. The second “moon targe” is to research and develop new functionality products, hero products with concentrated functionalities for an additional unique value of improved health for consumers and added value for the industry. The third “moon target” is the prospective research on anti-aging and precision nutrition, making our contributions to the global VDS industry with scientific and technological innovation."
