IF Operating loss is £3.36 million for Year and the Operational Update on 9th May confirmed that the Group's cash balance and debtor position as of 31 March 2023 was £690k and based on prior years, the Company expects to receive an R&D tax credit of not less than £600k before the end of H1.
By VERY rough calculation cash burn average is £ 280k pcm so assuming the tax credit lands in time, that gives us circa 4.6 months cash runway from 31st March 2023 i.e., lights out second week of August.
Even allowing for the recent improvements in trading, if they can pay staff salaries in August it will be a miracle? So why are we not seeing an RNS or any indication that a placing will take place shortly? Its 24th June today so we are talking 7 weeks max???
I am keen to take a position here as I like what they do, I still have concerns about the CAC but long term if they can find a way to break even the potential here is enormous, but I just can’t bring myself to go anywhere near the buy button with their financial position so uncertain.
Anyone know what’s going on? Or am I missing something regarding these financials declared?
Thanks
We have all been caught out by share prices. Mine was Mc Colls newsagents. I saw adverts where they were recruiting over 500 staff nationwide prior to a take over by Morrisons. I bought in and guess what ....... 3 days later the company has folded. Big " ouch " for me but hey ho , life goes on. I hope this share will boom. I bought in @ 1.77 and feel very confident about things. GLA
InfoSec is running 20 - 22 June so we should hopefully see some soon. Fingers crossed
I have averaged down on so many shares only to keep getting burned. When do you stop averaging down. Syme from .96 averaged down all the way to 0.08 ( I am up on them at the moment ) but it is still only around .13 That is just one of them. I do have high hopes for Syme though.
I did get some more of these at 1.80 which is a hell of a loty cheaper than my buy in April 22 at 21.17 after it doubling from 10 in one day. Hopefully this will come good.
Ever thought of averaging down Alan?
Hi Alan I can only be sympathetic over your present situation. I believe we all have been burnt by one stock or another.
But , I do believe it will now get better, when only a couple of weeks ago it was 1.45 pence a share.
5 years ago today she was at £1.50 per share. Today she is struggling to get to 2p. I bought in at 20p in the main so it has to 10 fold here before I can get excited. Hopefully though, one day she will and surpass it.
She climbing vert slowly , which is great news x
Of course cyber attacks will get worse.
It's the new way to conduct war, without publicity or embarrassing episodes like the Russian Federation is experiencing at the moment.
When stock is balance its finance in 2024, this current share price will be considered a bargain x
All over the news us government agencies hit in GLOBAL CYBER ATTACK! I did say these attacks will get worse! This will rerate, good luck everyone.
Interesting to see what Andy Harris has to say next week...

@A2B4C4 are you still here? Why are you wasting your time, stop trying to scare people in to selling. Seriously you are just making yourself look like a imbecile. I will be calling you & others out when the sp is multiples. @osirium please give us a multiple contracts RNS so we can lock all the deramping jokers out. GLA @ ALL GENUINE INVESTORS!
Obviously A2csomething forgot to buy in at bargain basement and now trying to be a clown.
I believe according to RNS this share will go North especially with the digital age we are in......enjoy the ride, I am :)
PLACING NEEDED LOOK AT THE LOSES. NOT ENOUGH MONEY MAKE OVER THE YEAR AND YEAR.
0.5P BUY IN PLACING. PUMP AND DUMP. UP AND DOWN.
Just think if osi is good enough for talk talk, one of the uks largest broadband providers (4th) then im sure its good enough for many others! The NHS are also its clients, osi is already trusted by a quarter of the NHS trust! More to come from the NHS imo, the market cap is tiny for whats available. Good luck to all genuine investors.
FAB looks good....................up 26% and much farther to go tomorrow............
Oh. Ria
Come to. Clon. Board. Earlier. Many thousands percent to be made
Look what I tipped only 50 minutes ago on my twitter account
go on Davy50,

i don't want to name the company here because I got warning from LSE not to posts other companies
It's difficult one because last year it made a loss of £3.2M. £600k is nice but they'll need more. Suprised you aren't over at CLON Ria
Leaderboard now .....
Not most. You can call. 99 percent Aim shares making a loss. But now a days. Even bigger companies making a loss
Great to see OSI in the top 5 risers....can we get in the top 3 before close.....i already hold the number 1 riser today....and see na massive percent rise there today ...would be great to have two multi-baggers if we can rally today and tomorrow
Davey, most AIM companies are loss making. Are the building blocks in place here to win a substantial contract? Mcap of a couple of million suggests that a sizeable contract could multibag. That is why we 'invest' in these tiny stocks?
Burrenboy and all the other derampers can go do one, seriously have had enough of these vermin. Ive put my hard earned in here & truely believe osi have something special. Good luck all genuine investors.
Burren.. Why did you buy in the first place ? Did you sell on the advice of Davey ? As DV says always do your own research.. Everyone on these BB's are just feeding their own agendas.
