I've seen that, in that press release they just mentioned the former CEO and CFO, nothing about other bonuses. Maybe I'm just bitter because I invested during the Wandisco days, but at least they should have the courtesy to pay the bonuses back. No matter what kind of irregularities, a proper company shpuld have safeguards to prevent something like that from happening.
From the Chief Executives Report in the Annual Report:
" The persistence of legacy issues continued to
be a distraction for management, taking the
focus away from ongoing business priorities.
As an example, and partly in response to
shareholder concerns, the new management
requested that former executives return the
bonuses that were paid on the misplaced
assumption of FY22 performance. The
FY22 bonuses were approved and paid in
January 2023 ahead of the annual FY22
audit completion. To date no monies have
been returned. "
Understood, but putting out a press release before coming to an agreement leaves me, especially at times like these, a bit confused. Let's hope for the best!
She’s not coming back. She’s just working her notice which is until July . This was obviously an agreement, hence the RNS
Nothing substantial outside the bonuses for the CFO/CEO.
That's odd.
The annual accounts show bonuses paid.

Does anyone know if the former CEO and CFO paid their bonuses back? And whoever was responsible for the irregularities, what bonus did he or she get? Nobody ever mentioned that, or have I missed something. I also think it's a bit strange that Xenia Walters is coming back now for a short stint after having resigned a few days ago. Any thoughts on this? Dropped an email to investor relations, no response yet. I just hope they get it all fixed.
@Hastings74 - you raise a great question. Why does Cirata need 3 CROs and several VPs? Raises a big question mark on Kelly.
Why do they need 3 CRO's and a whole bunch of VP's? The metrics just don't make sens...
Or desperate for that matter, my portfolio is looking pretty decent at the moment, I’m encouraging this one along as it’s weighing me down a little, i actually have a lot of faith in Mr Kelly and I’m happy to share that.
It’s not really what you say, all valid points, it’s just sometimes how you direct them.. picking up on points that someone has said and turning it on them is not really constructive and just comes across negatively.. i mentioned 70p because i first bought in at that price ( well 69p ) at one point. That does not make me a delusional rainbow chaser lol
Two types of posters, ones who base their opinions on current data and facts, others who are chasing rainbows. To the detriment of this message board the rainbow chaser keep beating down on the realists without providing any substance to their opinions.
Really interesting how anyone offering an alternative view is "A troll" or other varieties of playground insults. Nothing other than hyperbole and hope is offered in support whilst the FACTS of this company is it has an appalling record of destroying investors money, is hugely unprofitable and is running out of cash. Against any established metrics It is uninvestable, and probably would struggle to lease a coffee machine with its credit rating!
I won’t, I’m in the green now from the added extra the other day. So agree, the only way is up.. ok so I may get a little over excited at times, but who cares! There’s too much negativity out there !! 🤪
@Sinitta Don't let the trolls stop your enthusiasm... most of them got (unfortunately) burnt during the Wandisco days and have agendas as a result. Onwards and upwards from here!
Poop on the party then. Most people in here bought in with the new Cirata.. it’s nice to see the company re building,so going to keep on encouraging. Bye.
I think the only leak here is the barrel finally emptying. How desperate has it become pleading to get back 70p.Investors have seen their money go down the drain with no sign of improvement. We are a third of the way through 2024 and Kelly’s heroes show no sign of signing any golden contracts. As usual they are only interested in their well paid jobs with no thought or contact with investors!!!
There's a few here appear overly excited at at a lone 22k trade? Really, is that was Cirata has come to 🤷
Yes definitely feels like something is on the horizon.!! .although still a way to go to get back up to 70p ..CMON CIRATA!
More purchases. A leak?
Someone must have some confidence!
A buy
Was that £22.17k a buy or sell?
