It seems that news is getting closer.... licences awards and shell repayment. this is what we have been told. this could be positive or could be negative.... also been discussed in here is the current MCAP which seems to be so undervalued. the last broker target was 84p if i remember correctly. Looking fwd to see what comes next. GLA

Have Ping picked the FPSO? The third license is also due. The next 2 partnerships have ORCA on 50% of the value.
As i said MMs seems to be out of shares or very tiny...... with some few buys we have had a tick up.... wondering what it is coming. GLA
Same here with a bit higher average but it is only matter of time to get above water.
Topped up again this morning. Only 10k but gets me to 50k with an 11p average
Into the bottom drawer they go, but happy to wait as the company has delivered all that it promised so far. May have to wait a while for next round of fireworks but thats okay
Looking at the price movement with very few buys today i think MMs do not have huge quantity of share and when another great piece of news will land this may double in price in no time. so i added last week and a small quantity today as well. In case of a take over bid this may make history in the AIM. IMHO.
IMHO we will have to no way wait til first oil. Signs that project is en route to first oil, FID by Ping, would roof the stock ×5 at least. Market discounting massively as project may be on ice until tax improves.
All agreed.
Factors which will see ORCA projects progress & succeed
1. Energy security contribution
2. Green methodologies
3. We've got what we're talking about - hopefully land that 3rd licensing area in May
4. Efficient use of financial capital, if they replicate the type of deal with PING shouldn't be large CAPEX requirement calls on the company prior to oil/gas income flows. Not saying there won't necessarily by further dilution but it shouldn't be major compared to costs to develop a field.
Buy, hold sit back - as to when who knows, this might suddenly attract a sentiment shift, an approach by another entity to takeover or it might be that we have to wait until first oil (which I doubt will be the case).

no rush but will be there.
The loan is not an issue. It'll be repaid by whatever cash raise they do (debt or equity). It's personally guaranteed by SB.
This play is about Labour softening their stance on NS O&G. SB is assembling an incredible amount of acreage, and is setting up viable options for heavy oil. My take is that Labour will have their hand forced by GMB and fiscal pressures to soften their stance.
If this comes to pass, though risky, ORCA will be a 10 bagger minimum. It's almost upsetting to calculate FCF if Pilot and the other projects go ahead. Could be a twenty bagger in 3 years in a best case scenario that Labour are forced to reverse EPL completely.
It's hard to see political situation getting much worse - so maybe this is a time to buy.
GLA and IHMO.
Recently brought in, the only thing that concerns me is the this $1 loan payment due in June? What’s the general feeling about this?
Tnx for the article link R666ddy. Very insightful. Now what we need is the market to value the company accordingly rather than this RIDICULOUS valuation. It will in time I'm sure so this could be seen as a great opp to top up.
GLA
So ORCA are expecting the 3rd licence before the end of April or early May. People could get caught out waiting to long for a top up or a new buy. Me included😅
This is at a ridiculous price now, I can't understand why we are so undervalued.
That's a really good article. Lots of hidden value in this one.
Short term not so !
Article giving current position and future position .

I agree ,but until the oil is extracted and cash is being generated.. this will still be highly undervalued .Theres just non income currently.but when there is ,it will explode.
IMHO
This is the most undervalued company listed in the london stock exchange. Now that Pilot it is de-risked there are additional licenses that may come in sooner or later. lets see what happen next. ATB
This company could have £500 free cash flow and this would still be crap.
i have no idea what needs to happen here, i have lost all faith
ando
Perhaps in this scenario North Sea would be very fashionable. If i remember correctly Steve in a presentation months ago was saying that the Pilot project will become very useful for UK energy independence. Lets see how things will move on.
What better options? The whole market is down. There's fears of a war in the Middle East. It will take time to settle. All the more reason to reduce dependency on unstable and unreliable oil producing dictatorships like Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Good opportunity to add.
No interest now until the awaiting next RNS .The sellers will keep selling as theres better options for them out there .If your in deep ..good luck to us all !
