Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
That's a really good article. Lots of hidden value in this one.
Good opportunity to add.
Didgy, for sure first oil from Pilot will take time but i am expecting more activity from the other licences that this company holds, and hopes to acquire. Ping will get on with Pilot while Orcadian looks for a further farm out on other licences, or even gets bought out along the way. I am amazed that this SP has remained so low.
What is share pad???
No way that this could be bought for £8m. 4,5 or 6 times that might start discussions!!!
Looking back to the RNS of 12th Jan, it looks like they were a good chunk of the £500k raise announced in Dec 23. Bought in at 14p and now trimming their holding by selling at 13p to 17p. This would be their first chance to get out at a profit. Explains all the "unknown" trades that have been going through recently.
"No effort to run the company"!!!! Wait until you see how much liquidators will charge, and the pass through fees for them to hire specialists to chase the Tanzanian monies out of Africa!!! Many hundreds of thousands of pounds in costs will be incurred.
Ando,
Don't ask stupid questions and make ridiculous statements about something that is outside of the managements control. The selling isn't material at all. Add that to the market sentiment and you get moves down on very little volume. A good time to buy.
Also, how on earth can management buy shares when they're in the middle of closing this deal? And, maybe talking about other deals......
Anyone see if JOG have been awarded any new licences today? Would be great if they had some additional opportunities to develop.......
Didgy,
Don't you know how licensing works with the NSTA. They decide who gets what, and they are in control of when things get announced. This is not in the hands of the company. I'm sure the directors are as frustrated as us shareholders........
Could the £300m NHS contract be split among a few providers? Either there is a positive news RNS, and by the way, the RNS cost is between £150 and £350 so not an issue, or there is a "we know of no reason for the sp rise" RNS and we're back to 1p!!!
I picked up that they had made a joint licence application with Parkmead for a sizeable oil in place asset.
Someone told me at the weekend that Energy Voice published a great article on Orcadian on Friday. I found it on the company Twitter feed. Reads really well for the future. Additional development opportunities.
25p open tomorrow!!!
Thankfully, then, that ONDO is not listed on AIM!!!
Can't you read? He's holding on to 9.5% of the company - not selling it!!! Jeez.....................
I think the 260p from the jan 23 WHI report is based on having 20% of the project after farm-out. What the company has announced is that they will be left with 18.75%. So the 260p would equate to 243.75p. Pretty good estimate by WHI back at the beginning of the year......
Not if you are looking at the return on your investment from today!!!
It probably took him couple of minutes to "offload 3%"!!! If you can read, you'll see from the RNS, in point 2 (iii), that he transferred the shares to his spouse.
I doubt Mr. Harding is selling. It doesn't look like anyone is selling any major amounts.
I don't think there will be an opportunity to buy at or below these prices when/if any placing is announced. These will spike, quickly!!!
