Understood Oriens but until NCYT knew phase two not being renewed I believe they would have had stock inclusive of Q Machines ready to supply to the DHSC to meet the strict weekly supply numbers on the contract. Stock earmarked therefore not available for sale elsewhere.
It is beautiful here but if one is used to a very fast pace of life it is different. K
Kaeren, was referring to q1 sales, 36 million is poor, considering that also includes UK private testing, population of Europe is 746 million, 25 million in Australia, 37 million in Canada and 331 million is the US. I expected our sales to be alot more, considering we have the best tests ! However I'm sure now ncyt will be ramping up private sales and hopefully those figures will greatly improve as International flights start to open up. Ireland know it very well, all my family are from over there, on the West Coast, many a night sat in a pub with traditional .usic been played on the whistle and fiddle. Can't wait to get back!
Soder,
ShaunP, has collected this information through the RNS summary.

The last RNS talking about manufacturing for COVID 19 tests is
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/NCYT/final-results-for-the-year-ended-31-december-2019-g0loq1a119dt8i7.html
"The Company quickly established the need to develop significant manufacturing capacity and today has eight dedicated manufacturing sites capable of producing COVID-19 tests at an output rate of more than ten million tests per month, which Novacyt expects to achieve from June 2020 onwards"
I don't know how the above is affected by the increased portfolio of tests.
Oriens my take on it is simple , I do not know from reported figures in T/U how much of the 150mm contract is included , that has an impact on ROW numbers.
Will not know until end of June as RNS'd this a.m. I do not know either what manufacturing capacity was and how much of it was being directed to supply DHSC contract , one thing is certain now and that is the focus will be on sales other then the DHSc, over 35mm having just switched focus ( potentially) is a very positive start and 35mm more then most AIM companies achieve in a year if ever. Hope the sun is shining on you, today for the first time in months it isn't pouring with rain all day in Ireland , no wonder its so Green!!
Does anyone actually know what our monthly manufacturing capacity is?
I would say that selling anything overseas for a company our size and with our manufacturing capacity is great. You can’t have it both ways.
Soder, you are correct in a way! Why is everyone so concerned about dhsc? But for months the rampers have banged on everyday that we are selling to 150 countries, some even mention 180 countries.Well 36 million pounds for q1 divide that by 150 countries and our international sales are dire to say the least.
Hopefully Mina jasmin Brett-Pitt (PhD), International Sales Manager - Asia Pacific, is currently negotiating a deal
The WHO and Unicef partnership could arguably merit the current valuation alone.

And they are still holding elections this week it's dreadful.
Soder,
isn't this what the WHO was invented for?
And are we not one of the two Gold standard, WHO approved, test suppliers?
Hmmm, hope GM is on the ball, or even better, on the phone to Tedros.

Uttar Pradesh state by itself has a population over 240m which would make it the fifth biggest country in the world. That’s nearly 4x the size of the U.K.
Can someone please remind me again why we are all focussing on the dhsc and U.K. lateral flow?
India Population over 1.3 BILLION
To get the virus and test and trace working it took the U.K. to get daily testing capacity at more than 800k tests a day - so just over 1% of the population.
Apply that to India and it implies a daily testing capacity of nearly 15m tests are needed EVERY DAY.
Indian pcr test manufacturing capacity 38.4m per month from 30 manufacturers with licences. That is as of late last year which is a 1.2m tests a day.
Leaves a short fall of some 14m tests they would need to import every day and there are 119 companies with import licences if they want to scale up testing like the U.K.
That many tests a day is not possible due to lab capacity? Wonder if anyone has a test that can be set up and run in an office, a school, a town hall etc? Hmmmmm
India is turning into a humanitarian disaster and I hope they can get this under control. It’s not possible to lockdown as so many people like hand to mouth and literally on top of each other. The international community needs to get them huge help, starting with testing infrastructure immediately.
