Basically, muchos volume
Good point James, at work so posting when can.
What was the volume monday and last friday? Has it increased significantly?
We are guessing as to what's happening, I am saying I do not know what the holders are doing, going to do...
Why have they exercised now...why have the ones exercised where the strike price is similar to the sp?
In terms of the current daily volume (todays values);
46,755 on frankfurt
8,095,766 LSE
30,022,428 Euronext
and probably 5 on the NAS.
i think we can all agree that 6 Million shares is rather insignificant.
Well, I’m actually going to miss the warrants a little, it was fun second guessing the trading ranges and on the whole made a few quid doing so , whilst still hanging onto my shares, this won’t be nearly as volatile after an initial surge up, and now is news dependent for volatility
Geordie, when you have the leading diagnostic product in the market, general news on the virus is critical to the direction of Nova, new cases/increased numbers unfortunately mean governments have to step up protocols
Likewise news of the virus being contained etc will mean FDA approvals, licensing agreements are almost pointless. The catalyst is the media.
They obviously are not selling! As that buy this morning took a while to fill, imho of course
hey parkez.
maybe look at the euronext volume...
30,022,428
Yes it's possible to sell before rns notification...
It's the usual ploy....however 8m traded suggests to me, very few have hit the market yet....just an opinion.
That was not me, cant see how anyone can be privy to the holders/exercises trading plans.
They could flip them all asp or pay the cash and hold....
Will we ever know?
Usual to just exercise, sell and take the profit.... but could be days or even weeks before these clear or maybe they haven't even hit the market yet....its guesswork.
Volume usually gives an idea but this imo is not normal trading....
Just my opinion.
did you actually read what anyone said? Look up forward sold..
So we are either going to experience :
1 Drip feed of share selling into any rise, possibly for Thursday and Friday to get rid of circa 6Mil shares.
2 sp buried under 6 million shares..
Happy days, - no more warrants. I'm partially out waiting for smoke to clear..
Yes the shares are available to trade once the issuing company has been informed....depends on how long it has taken to issue the notification rns.
Thanks Parkez for clarification.
The issue for me though is that someone mentioned that the reason the sp crashed to < £1 was that all the shares liberated by exercising the YA II warrant were dumped into the market at once.
Trying to establish what to expect tomorrow morning if worst case they are all dumped.
Basically, are we expecting the bargain of the century, because without warrants, the picture becomes a lot more rosy..
Volume just over 8m. Still some to off load if that's what they desire should imagine.
They will have hit the market and sold in to the big volume. It may explain the violent moves south this week. It may also show how easy it was to go up to 200 when the shares aren’t being fed into the market!
Hi B2HS2L.
My understanding is when the holder decides to exercise he informs his broker.the broker then contacts the issuing company, the warrants shown in his account are then swapped to tradeable shares. These shares will have been available to trade today....sold or kept I do not know.
My understanding.

Where's parkez when you need him..
I thought he mentioned that the problem of rapid sp reduction was due to the entire batch of warrant shares (from I believe YA II CD) had been dumped into the market at the same time, and not drip fed as per more normal practice.
If these warrant shares are not drip fed tomorrow am or Friday, is the sp outlook dire short term without some really good news?
That is correct smoking, but in my opinion we are still going to need news to move the share price up. I don't think it will drop much further now that all of the warrants have been exercised, but I also don't think it will rise much without a catalyst eg FDA news, big sales volumes, pharma etc.
General news about more people being diagnosed, more people being quarantined on cruise ships etc will not be enough off as that does not guarantee that it is this company who is involved in helping resolve those situations.
