With respect, you do not and can not know this as of fact. You do not know what historic drilling data has been 'inherited', what infill drilling has been carried out and what AP have been doing with their sophisticated, specialised equipment.

If everything that EUA now has is sufficient for a Competent Person's Report (whether or not to JORC standard), it is entirely likely that it is being held back for the time being. The buyer, for example, may not want it to be released by EUA and, in any event, EUA releasing it before the sale is concluded creates legal issues.

Legal liability for the Report rests with the Competent Person unless he is an employee of a Company acting under its direction. In that case, the legal liability rests with the Company, although there may be issues with the Competent Person's professional body. As already mentioned, the involvement of other contractors (e.g. AP) serves to further complicate the matter.

So you see that it's not simple at all. Things rarely are.

IMHO, the constant posting of SP data is not helping matters on this BB. It serves only to divide the Traders from the Investors and put them at each other's throats. Of course it's been useful and revealing to have been made aware of the shenanigans that are going on but do we really need to be given daily updates about what the 'dark forces' are up to? We can't change that and posting data which justifies the theory merely serves to generate anxiety - FUD. Is that what the Traders want? Even those who post positively on the share? It rather sounds like it. Think about it folks.

Succinctly and correctly put LB. Furthermore, AP would not be happy if the data they supplied, under contract with EUA, was released into the public domain since that could expose them to third party claims. The buyer will, however, want to be able to rely on that data and have the same rights of redress against AP if they got it wrong, as EUA have, hence the need for a Novation Agreement between AP, EUA and the buyer of the assets.

I know these things because a duck told me.

Montyboz and TMS are likely to be mistaken if they think that the flanks have not been proven-up to JORC standard to make them ready for sale. That information though is commercially sensitive and the buyer will probably not want it to be released yet, if at all. Only if the sale does not proceed will the Co release this information.

mac seems to think that he can control this BB and that he has the right to do that because he is a LTH and has been posting here long before anyone else. He's certainly influential with a large number of posters but what he signally fails to understand is that, in order to influence, you have to be prepared to debate. In the absence of engagement, in dialogue, influencers begin to look like dictators - 'do as I say and do not question what I say and if you do, I'll green bin you and get everyone else to follow suit'. That holds no water. It is dictatorial by definition and it smacks of a cult leadership.

lancerman has set out his stall and he is posting informatively and he is engaging with those who challenge what he says. He does, however, need to be careful. Others have tried to take the line that he's taking and they have become the victims of the animalistic elements who only show up for the fight and to bait.

The BB, represented by LTH's, should be a 'broad church'. It needs to address genuine concerns and answer genuine questions. Simply filtering posters who hold a different view is no way to go about winning the debate. If you do that, the detractors do not suddenly vanish - they're still there, still posting and negatively influencing, while all that you see is a sea of green. That's no way to run a BB. That's no way to win the argument. Only reasoned debate can do that.

So, good on lancerman although he is likely to be doomed. The crowd will turn against him just as they turned against Luc, Rowka and GFD. My advice to lancerman? Keep up the good work but try not to allow yourself to be goaded. Too many good, positive, posters have fallen victim to that.

Some very astute posters have commented on my posts being very similar, stylistically, to that of my good friend, GFD. That's because he and I share our thoughts on the Co and what may be happening. We've been doing that since I persuaded him to look and look again (3 times in total) at the investment case. I'd already begun to build my stake as a Trader. I invest too but, in my nature, I'm more of a Trader. GFD trades but it's more in his nature to be an investor. As a retired lawyer, he likes doing the research that I find tedious tbh. We complement each other.

GFD has a very astute brain. He not only sees the dots but he knows how to join them up. He got it right on EKF and, in all likelihood, what's driven GMS into the hands of Seafox. He is almost certainly going to be proven right on KOD, too, in the way that things are shaping-up with FFX and Ganfeng. What's happened in Afghanistan, though, is likely in his view to put a bit of a spanner in the works there for the Chinese, FFX and KOD.

GFD is hoping that gmf78 will give him some space on his Twitter page to be able to explain everything as he sees it. Of course, it's only his view but it's compelling and it's a lot better researched and informed than the poorly researched article written by Strang that appeared on the interactive Investor site.

How's about it, gmf78? Give a duck a bit of space to lay a few eggs and shut up the Chartists, Traders and Naysayers?

C = Confidence - Confidence in your own research. Don't listen to the Shorters and others who post negatively. They are driven by greed and post solely to wrest shares from the hands of nervous holders in order to feed their greed. Ignore the SP too, there's a clear disconnect between the SP (which has been and is continuing to be manipulated) and the value of our resources. Just look at how they have grown, even as the SP has been driven down by 'dark forces' and Traders.

P = Patience - Rome wasn't built in a day and nor will the 'next Bushveld' be, either. The team are busy working in the background to get the best possible deal for Shareholders, including themselves. We know that it's complex. It's not a straightforward asset sale. If it was, it would have been done by now. However, talk of its taking months is just nonsense. It's already been a long time in the making and the corporate structures are, IMHO, being finalised.

The RNS and Circular will drop soon. You'll have to be holding to benefit from the rerate when it drops. It's going to be "massive" er, no, "rather large" - John Meyer, S P Angel. And our Brokers are in the know, even if they are not strictly 'insiders'.

Bloody chartists. They draw meaningless lines and then create constructs that fit their predictions, ignoring all of the evidence. No research whatsoever, as is apparent from the content of the article. They should be locked up for market manipulation.
