I keep hearing 'Scientists advise, Politicians or Govts decide'.
But how many politicians have a science background - more likely to be Classics .
Sickening to also hear that negative LFT's seen as a 'green light' for numerous activities.
Mixed message from Govt ministers, as if they don't know their backsde from their elbow but have been proframmed with proportionate and balanced as a response to almost everything !!

OMG - Which one would you prefer, Therese Coffey or Sajid Javid ? - what deflection next, a complete pantomine.
Hey Poidster, as always value your thoughts.
As an aside, I see you advocate being vaccinated but do you have any views on the mRNA jabs, the long term unknowns, the increased frequency of jabs and constant changing of recommended timeliness between jabs?
I'm sure whilst alot believe jabs are for the best there are some the feel it's hard to believe everything we are told especially when there is either a huge unknown or contradictory message.
TIA
The returned stocks, as I understand it, are freeze dried and if they had been stored correctly then they have a shelf life of 18 months, so potentially could be resold, probably at reduced cost but better than seeing it all thrown in the bin. Interesting times ahead.
Another very interesting chart

As Antiviral Pills Arrive, Can Testing Keep Up?
The pills must be given early in the course of infection, which means access to timely, accurate test results will be crucial.

IF Nova are increasing sales via their current outlets or taken on a lot more sales via new labs / private testing companies then it wouldn’t need an rns .
Any significant new contracts etc would , so we could have a huge increase in sales without having to inform the market until the next regular update.
Although a good sales rns will shift us northwards until we get the DHSC farce sorted the SP won’t wonder too far from where we are.
We also need to find out soon what we have done or plan to do with the £30m.of stock we have written off. I would love to know the issue. If you can't shift £30m tests at cost in the middle of a global pandemic then hang your heads in shame. If we can then that is all bonus to the bottom line.
In H1 we reported a loss of £12m. Let's say we sell £50m in H2 at 40%, that's £20m so FY a £8m EBITDA.
It won't look great so we could really do with getting something back for the £30m stock. We also need some agreement on the dispute so we can release the £41m back in as well. £80m EBITDA sounds so much better.
Given we had £54m ex. DHSC revenue for H1, and H2 has had a higher volume of overall tests,
had fit2fly and Day 2 and other holiday testing (ie cruises), as well as whatever volume we’ve had from the £4.7m NHS framework contract, I’m pretty confident IMO, that we’ve achieved and now exceeded the £100m guidance. My guess would be £10m per month in H2, as per the highest month we had in H1, so £60m for H2 and c.£114m revenue FY. IMO DYOR GLA LTHs
DRBH,certainly hope so.
AH Well, looking forward to the next RNS in January, wonder what that will bring,Voting Rights will be top of the list.
Tkr, there will be a tolerance. Guidance as we have it is £100m give or take £10m. So we could go to £110m possibly even £115m without updating the guidance. Afterall, it is only a guide. I expect £100m to be beaten come the Jan update.
Hey Tiger chill out grrr
And still no official sales/contracts updates from the co,so it means we are selling sweet fa,cos if we were it would have to be announced as per the rules of AIM, ie anything that may affect the sp must be announced blah, blah ,blah,.
Cream floats to the top. The more the market gets regulated the more market share ncyt will get. Simples
Wow great graph, should get some attention tomorrow
