Looks like we have a block buyer over the past week or so, seen 100k, 130k, 150k, 200k buys coming through, I definitely think someone is increasing their holdings daily
Hopefully EL license not far away
Consequently, MB has an average purchase price @3.12p/per share (but only if I calculated correctly). That's a bit higher than my average.

Thanks dinger......the devil is in the detail like most things....
Great post dinger. Now we know how much he has personally invested,so any gossip that he’s not really interested in PM is rubbish.Im sureMB is very interested in this eventually reaching a £1,For nearly 9million reasons!
Mike Buck total shareholding 8,725,006
Bought 2,770,000 on 19/01/2018 at 6.5p per share (fundraise)…… £180,050.00p
Bought 1,000,000 on 14/02/2018 at $0.01 per share (conditional share award) …..£7,500.00p
Bought 500,000 on 14/06/2018 at 10p per share (placing) ………£50,000.00p
Bought 4,455,000 on 23/12/2019 at $0.01 per share (CSA) …….£35,000.00p
Total shares 8,725,000 at a total personal cost to him of £272,550.00p
Don’t know where the other 6 shares come from, but there you are. The CEO has invested over a quarter of a million pounds of his own money in Matd.
Exactly Badprophet: He decided to take shares instead of pay; the shares were surely granted at a reduced price but still he had to agree with the trade off. Risking his salary because he as CEO believes in a rising SP is a loud and clear message. Nothing wrong with that. Other PM workers have been granted shares instead of pay for years.

Mike Buck bought 2,770,000 shares at 6.5p per share as part of the January 2018 fundraising
(RNS dated 19/01/2018)
He then participated in a bonus scheme for directors where he bought a further 1million shares at $0.01 per share
(RNS) dated 14/02/2018
He then bought a further 500,000 shares at 10p per share as a result of the placing in June 2018
(RNS dated 14/06/2018)
I’m sure there’s more details in other RNS releases but I can’t be bothered looking.
The question should really be…….. Why has Mike Buck not sold any of his shares?
I think the potential value in Matd provides the answer to that question.
Have a good one Yaks!
Surely if you get shares instead of the cash you would otherwise have got then it's akin to buying them?
I’d like to know
How many shares did MB buy and at what price? And how many were awarded? Anyone any idea?
Yep MB would have received share issues as opposed to buying himself
It does state that MB holds 8,725,006 shares in PM.Are you saying that he was given them as opposed to buying them?
Still no sign of land, tell me how long is it?
Agreed absolute farce. Something just doesn't sit right with this wait
2 years waiting for EL! What a farce!
Now diehard shooting me down.
Yes, Simon absolutely. From the moment of taking office every CEO, and not only him but all other member of the BOD are sitting on the neck of investors and fatten at our expense. Why they they will spend their own money on shares that can receive as rewards, bonuses, options and other incentives?
No, what Manro is really saying is 'I expected the EL to be announced in an RNS today and was so sad and disappointed when it didn't arrive that i'm going to character assassinate MB and throw all my toys out the pram'.
Manro, Are You saying that Mick Buck hasn’t put any of his own money into PM?
There was one of very well known crook Peter Hambro, the Chairman of the gold miner Petropavlovsk. In one of the AGM he vigorously has tried to convince shareholders to buy shares at an incredibly low price. And when one of the shareholders asked him how many of shares he has bought for himself he shut up and did not know what to answer.
No, mainly and generally all the CEOs and management getting their holdings in form of rewards and share options plan. Excluding the cases when they are using own capital to promote company and make it listed on the SE.
Did he not buy his shares?
We pay for everything, including his shares, not himself. That's why, dude!
"Why should he worry if it's not him at all but we, as shareholders are paying for everything by our time, money and nerves."
According to the above MB has 8.7 million shares so I'm assuming he's more of a shareholder than any of us!
He could make some amendments if he was sitting in his Ulan-Bator office. But we don't have even a clue where he is now? And if he continues to sit in his Singapore residence what kind amendment can he make? He will sit and calmly wait for the news. Why should he worry if it's not him at all but we, as shareholders are paying for everything by our time, money and nerves.
Think it's time MB gave us an update and perhaps this time with a bit more transparency as to exactly what these amendments entailed and the realistic timescale for providing them to the Mongolian government.
