There are still 7 trading days of H1 left but the deadline may be missed again. However you don’t receive a grant of £896k and Premier Milton don’t purchase 9.4% of the company for no reason.

I know the projects are fully funded but does anyone know what the cash position is for working capital, salaries etc.? Last placing was back in December and last results Sept 2025 so not clear what the cash position is just now. Anyone?

Yes excitement of yesterday all but evaporated. Stuck at the placing price. Many were expecting monetisation to be a sell of an asset providing cash in the hand to FCM for future exploration. Instead this Kerrs deal is a dogs dinner. It may work, it may not, ground breaking for sure but when will the money be rolling in?

Spread much smaller than advertised. 0.171 to sell and 0.179 to buy.

The drop in the Gold price from the 5k level to the 4k level is having an effect on the sp of many junior gold miners just now.

What nose dive this morning? Four trades on a totally flat day. The bid is at the placing price. Will shift upwards when news of the phase 2 trial commencing hits.

Tiger I suggest you re read the RNS. FDA submission Q3 2026 and possible, not guaranteed, approval by end of the year. Almost certainly will need a further placing as sales are indifferent. Am surprised the sp has held up so well as most would have expected the FDA submission to have happened by now. Patience may reward the faithful but personally I have lost confidence in the board and product. Was worth a punt.

FCM has had a good rise recently and mcap 5 times the mcap here so my money is on FORG for greater returns.
