Re: directors not being re-elected.
I can't imagine basic PIs have a huge amount of knowledge regarding which board members are performing vs. which ones aren't, so, based on the large %age of votes against some of the directors, I am thinking that this is down to large/institutional holders.
Either they are much more actively invested than passively holding in funds, or possibly someone is angling for their own person being given a board seat.
Just thinking out loud here, but I am very pleased with ITX's progress. A happy LTH here.
@qd22
I shall be holding onto all these shares to try and make up for the amazing investing that saw me lose £10k in the 4d fiasco!
Read into that what you will... hahaha!!
Hi Smart
Would read as they were not cutting the mustard eh?
The same situation occurred with Monna Manning as Vice President, Marketing & Sales.
And as you say it looks like they have been active on this front already, watch this space as they say.
Onwards and upwards

RNS sounds quite cut throat. I like it! Wonder who they are making space for?
John R. Shaw, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are active in the process of recruiting new members to our Board and will update the market in due course. I want to thank John Snow and Charlean Gmunder for their service to the Company."
Most importantly the share consolidation got approved.
Both independent non-executive directors.
— Charlene only appointed in April 2022!
— John joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Audit Committee upon Admission on 31 October 2018. Since 1989, John has been a private equity investor with Quabbin Capital, Inc., a Boston based alternative investment firm.
Interesting!
That’s what I thought. Anyone know what role John I. Snow III and Charlean Gmunder played as Directors in the Company?
2 Directors not re-elected. Unusual
some of the resolutions not passed at AGM - what does that mean ?
At the AGM, resolutions 1 to 3 (inclusive), 6 to 9 (inclusive), 11 and 12 were duly passed. Resolutions 4, 5 and 10 were not passed.
I'm not a day trader but I topped up at 3.47p earlier this year and I do find on AIM it works best to always take some profits in a spike. This has risen and levelled out.
Do I take some profits? It's not dishonourable, it would be about 20%.
Or do I hold and wait until mid-July to see what happens?
I think I'll wait - though my guess is on Monday it will fall back.... but then, I am NOT a day trader. At some stage though this will level out, and I just hope I'm alert enough to take some profits then. Goodness knows just about everything in my pf would just love a little injection...
But it's a great company, and I'm so glad to be here. I was to be in 4D too [agreed: no comparison]! And Angle, and look at what's happened there recently.
Day traders are often a problem - but with so few shares in free float here, they will struggle to do that much (short-term) damage.
@JustDeezeets nice quote.
Might be fun trying though lol
Day traders (losers) are at it again!!!
As financial guru Warren Buffett once said:
“Successful investing takes time, discipline, and patience. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time: You can’t produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.”
