fishface, don't agree with you on your analogy but it is funny:-)

Sorry about the spelling mistakes I'm not as clever as you but I've got friends right at the top of the tree at iag you could say inside information
Livestock, not one to give my positions away in this game. However, wasn’t down before the RI and took up my full allocation, you’ll be able to take a stab at where I am.
I’ve been investing and trading since 2005, when I take a position in a company I’ve vetted it before I get involved. Therefore I’m positive because fundamentally the investment was sound for me to take a position in the first place.
Things can change and we all have to adapt to situations, just like IAG have done to keep their books way above water in case of any severe downturn.
That’s why I still believe IAG will survive this pandemic and will return a much leaner group, therefore a very good investment at these levels.
People that don’t invest when fear is high, won’t make money in this game. Aggression in the market, especially in times like this is what makes you life changing sums of money.
However, don’t make the mistake of replacing aggression with stupidity. The plan has to be right and the company has to be right. If you do all of this and believe in your own decisions you have no reason to get tied up in negativity from others that’s trying to sway your well researched judgement.
People keep bad mouthing aviation as it’s been one of the worst hit. However they forget one mention of a vaccine or rapid testing rolling out and these airlines can produce massive gains.
Not sure I would listen to investment advice from someone who doesn’t know the difference between your and you’re.
Deanmck7
Your more positive on the stock how much are you down,
Just head to top of the board above post message and go to filters. I would just add all the morons That I mentioned. You don’t need the negativity or the stupidity they are spouting on your screens.
Especially that castle, I didn’t think his nose could be any browner, must sit under whataknobz chair every day.
Love it, the names were already pre-populated - go figure must be dozens now filtering TWA would you like some more tea sir!
Deani'm i'm with you on this, how do you filter, is there a moron filter button?
I echo your sentiments Deammck7, my mind is also blown. Not sure why so much negativity towards this stock from persons who will potentially invest at some point in the future. Long term hold.
TradingPlaces. I’ve filtered that “moron” so can’t see the bullshhh1t he responds with.
The prediction from myself is when all of this blows over, whatamess, castle, jenn, smithy will never return to this BB. They keep telling us they aren’t invested in here and predict 80p then it’s 50p, now it’s 30p. Yet they insist they will invest when it hits, those numbers.
The question that still remains unanswered from everyone of them is if this stock is so dire and not going to survive as they put it, why would they buy in if it ever hit 30p? I can justify the logic, or the sheer stupidity.
Mind blown ??...
Well, I must be one lucky moron, and it keeps happening. How uncanny is that. Mabye it's time to follow the pros WAM? ;) Do remember to check in at the banks so I can rub in my 10%+ gains a little more. How many times has it been now? 5th time?
INFA didnt have a great day today....down over 2% despite the markets rallying across the board. Worse than IAG lol. Prospects must be very bleak there, the trend is DOWN. Hilarious.
castle2012
Yes its one of the best airlines to be invested in. the company's new smaller fleet of more fuel efficiency planes will make a great saving
The next 6 months are going to be very quiet for all airlines this is going a Lot lower staying out to pick up some cheap shares
The closing price each day is set by the uncrossing trade, UT in the trades list and normally at about 16.35pm.Todays closing price is therefore 94.4p
@whatamess
Your reply to Dean -
@Dean, even morons can be lucky. the rise today in EZJ is a funny one.
Your own EZJ prediction yesterday -
tomorrow guaranteed a drop of at least 15% at open, the more during the day. the delusional optimists clearly cant face reality.
Also that Rolls would be sub £1.
Both Rolls and EZJ were going to be slaughtered.
Again, your words yesterday.
And where is your mighty predicted IAGs price today of 85p?
Remember you predicted all these to happen today.
But we, in your opinion are the lucky morons.
How's your loss over at INFA going?
So, what predictions do you have for tomorrow that us morons should take heed of?
As today was such a resounding spectacular success in calling out 3 stocks completely wrongly, I await your nuggets of share price genius.
@castle, no I’m looking at my trading platform. My negative is not so negative today, albeit slightly..
It’s +0.0102 today, which is +1.10%
@WAM @Castle, not sure why LSE is showing IAG as down today - but it isn’t. It ended the day +1%, not as high as other travel stocks, but definitely positive.
American travel stocks have continued to rally after UK markets close, hopefully this will filter through until the morning.
Been quiet here today by the looks, can’t see filtered comments.
Was on Easyjet this morning looking at the usual whatamess, smithy, castle, jenn1800 and a few other idiots saying SP would be destroyed today. Yet it finished 4% up.
Point is, don’t listen to these guys as they don’t have a clue and are just jumping on any negative to make you see at a loss. Nasty people they really are. Hold your shares and ride the waves as much as they try and make you feel like it’s the end of the world.
Covid will be just another cold added to the list that has managed to realign the economy as the pandemics always do.
Remember recessions happen roughly every 10-13years, this one was over due and we will get through it again and rebuild.
But, with leaner and more cost effective airlines.
