Well it is still at the top of share rises today 1838% ,don't know for how long at this rate though lol
Someone should call Members and tell him PMO is 385p again.
Bladesman,
Ofcourse you are entitled to moan, complain , get frustrated as ultimately it’s your money you invested and may be losing out ! I am just sharing my perspective those who invested into HBR not on PMo, wait 6-12 months and they will see some decent profit, it’s all about timing. You can revisit my post, I invested on both Tullow and PMo when they were below 15p when many were panicked thinking both will go bust due to low oil price and high debts ! We have seen how they re-rated , both gone 300/400 up , pmo deal with hbr was bad and I was out at that time but in again as HBR is in better shape with low debts with potential 200k bopd ! No brainer it will be be re- rated as long as oil price stay >70, May analysts even predicting oil boom continue to $100+
Imagine where Hbr will be at

When will this turkey sore? Christmas?
Really, when you think about it, why on earth did any of us carry on holding the shares once they started to fall in March? When the price went to 30p that was high enough to sell at that time. We knew that there would be a creditor overhand IN ADVANCE, so why did we all hold on like lemmings? Actually this has been pretty irrational behaviour by us. We then were told that the consolidation would be good for shareholders by none other than Linda Cook so again we held on.
Actually we should have sold at 30p and then waited for the consolidation to take place and buy back in this morning at the equivalent of just under 20p - thereby owning 50% more shares.
All we have actually allowed by not doing anything is for the creditors to sell their holdings over the last three months without damaging the price since so many of us topped up and did not sell.
But is it for ordinary shareholders to subsidise the selling of creditors? That is all we have achieved in the last three months
SS17, in all due respect, there are many long terms holders here not just day traders whose patience has been very long indeed and we have not been rewarded. Its always jam tomorrow, which never comes. We are entitled to feel miffed, to put it very mildly
393p live price - nice to see it's going so well!!!! Hopeless; meanwhile the crude oil price is over $75
Time for a takeover if the price stays this low for months on end again
There are many impatient day traders expect share price to fly so they can just make some small profit, for investors who has view of 6-12 months, HBR is in great position to be re-rated, few factors;
1. Production to reach 200k bop
2. Low cost producers at ops $16 , with oil price above $70 it will be making big money as cash cow
3. Efficient management with private equity backed investors
4. Potential big reserves like Sealion project
Lot more positive about this stock, let the dust settle it will rise up

Young eng, to be fair it was no other than the ceo linda cook who said the higher sp would be more attractive to institutional Investors. Hmmm, that's not good if she told a porky ?
Well it hasnt collapsed as some predicted. Spreads are large at the moment the wider market is really quiet with low volume as we go into the sleepy summer.
On the plus side, a few people thought the world was going to end and we'd be down at 350. A big bucket of "meh" might not be such a bad thing.
Few others apart from yourself Pearls believed that there would be a flood of II rushing in just because of consolidation. Somehow with your twisted logic you have managed to convince yourself that a fund manager will suddenly decide to buy a whole load of shares in a company he was previously no interested in just because sp changes from 20p to 400p while the actual share count reduces 20 fold.
Maybe they are using the same platform as Interactive Investor which is currently showing no shares owned... over payed and under deliver...
No change to the price, yet wasn't this consolidation supposed to be necessary to accommodate the large number of institutional investors eager to buy????
Where are they?
