This smells of a deal with UK Govt to cut the EPL/WFT.

In the EPL debates in Parliament, both Houses agreed with the Industry, that normal levels were between $60-$70 for oil.

Sunak himself has inferred that this was the normal range.

Yes good point there SS17. Harbour has virtually no windfall tax to pay now. I think it is taking a while for the market to wise up on this. All money in the bank from now on and tax credits if they cancel the EPL prior to 2028 (when the oil price dips below $65, which is what Parliament agreed was 'normal prices').

Do they need shareholder approval? I recall last time they did.
