Ha ha. tom_the_bomb,
Loads of people want 10% plus yesterday. My old Mum knocked into me that patience is a virtue. It certainly is.:-)
Christophe, my take on today, was that the poor article from Armchair investment had probably some affect on purchasing and took the wind out of our sails somewhat. Thanks to one plus one, the article is to be corrected to give the proper facts. In my humble.
Without definitive, documentary proof (contract note) it's almost impossible to determine the nature of large, delayed transaction. I've been trading for many a year and even now the debate rages on about the nature of a large, delayed trade
I know one thing, the price is struggling to break above the current resistance point. Why that is, we can only speculate. We can talk about this until the proverbial cows staggered through the front door , up the stairs and climb into bed. It's a debate that always ends with the same conclusion, no conclusion at all
What is encouraging is that there's still significant interest here and that's always encouraging when (and I do believe it's a matter of when not if) the price does break upwards
I do still think there's a seller (eg.warrant sellers) here though they're now selling above 5p now and that's optimistic...imho
Well done Nicol and enjoy the Quilmes!!
Absolutely JerryS I am roughly 80% invested to where my "dream" holding would be. That would be around 3 to 3.25m shares. However not just the tree shakes which may not happen but any other issues such as delays due to Covid as we had at Scally. Quite happy going to battle with what I have but any mini dips to 5 or below and I will try to top up. All the best MFU
Ha ha. See my 12:08 post. You smell the 5 mill coming. You could almost see them filling the buy.:-)
If we are all waiting for the tree shake there may not be one!
I picked that up paddy it was on the ticker on cnbc too.
Like i said before news takes time here to filter to
Big money and after 5p is the area where they tend to buy (must be a specific level they need to hit) as this was some for the £750k buy in one go a month or two again and the £400k one as well
Great(land) stuff here :))) hold For gold and have a good Easter break all
Another delayed 5,000,000 buy from 12.16 showing up on the London Stock Exchange page now.
12:16:18 09-Apr-2020 5.20 GBX 5,000,000 260,000.00 Off-book LRGS AIMX

The bid was 5.00 and the offer 5.20 at 12.16 so I assume this was also a buy.
All extremely pleasing - Paddy
Indeed PG great week possibly two weeks ahead of where I would have expected. Not saying there will be fireworks leading up to the 30th but as sellers reduce it should at least stabilise things the nearer month end we get. Having said that I expect at least one tree shake along the way and am keeping some powder dry for if and when it happens! GL Have a safe weekend to all Greatlanders MFU
Great that we seem to be staying above 5p though :-)
MFU - if schlemiel can't work out the how AIM operates then I'm certainly not going to even try to guess. I guess even though there have been a few nice chunky buys they haven't been flying in and have given the MM's the opportunity to work them without too many issues.
Having said that we opened at 4.2p on Monday so a 1p rise on no news will do me nicely - more of the same would be very welcome next week.
ATB - Paddy
Its been a great week, roll on the rest of the month up to the 30th. Stay safe everyone ever the long weekend.
Hi Paddy -thats the third or fourth significant buy this week-any thoughts on why it has very little impact on SP ? Can't be that many sellers looking at the trends ? Best MFU
Quite happy for it to stay right where it is - it's been a decent week. New satellite image tomorrow, I checked the weather forecast for Telfer again earlier - sunny & 36 degrees so hopefully we'll get a nice clear shot. Let's see what they've been up to over the last 5 days down under.
ATB - Paddy
Deserve blue today- the armchair sag could not have helped. Great work by one plus one and let's hope for a late rally!
