Greenmile indeed .....
+100 points for the AIM / Mars comments!
Hi Paddy
Maybe a security guy (looks a big guy plus black jacket sleaves)
Would not want a core to go missing if it was solid

Just guessing because it is the aim market so all
Four could be in disguise on a film set on mars
easy to get grey hairs with this stock
3p soon though lol

Probably right - still with Fraser there it's a pretty high ranking delegation - I'd love to know when it was taken.
Cheers Paddy
PG hi,
I don't think its SB as hair, what you can see looks greyish, SB has jet Black hair and skin a lot darker, that's my bit added :-))
Volvic posted last night about the photo on the following link
https://www.miningnews.net/events-coverage/news/1375566/another-year-of-drilling-ahead-for-newcrest-at-havieron
Just looking at the photo again this morning - it's definitely Gervaise & Callum and the older guy in the front is Fraser MacCorquodale - General Manager Exploration Newcrest Mining Limited.
Volvic reckons the other one is SB (Sandeep Biswas) - what do you guys/gals think?? it's possible but his face is partially obscured by Fraser.
Cheers - Paddy

"really, I thought the average was in g/t, what do mean kilo per tonne?"
Christophe,
I've started posting my links on Twitter now as well as here and today GH has started following me on Twitter so I guess he is aware of the satellite stuff that we have access to now.
I think GGP will be kept up to date by Newcrest of drilling progress - I dare say that GGP may even have someone on the ground all the time at Havieron. I noticed a while back that nearly all the RNS's that GGP put out now have Mick Sawyer as the competent person which might mean that CB is freed up to spend more time at the jewel - at the end of the day GGP still own 100% of Havieron.

Evening Paddy,
Worth a caption competition do you think?

Reddirt posted last Tuesday
"Nice pic of GH and CB :)"
I couldn't think why at the time and forgot to ask him the significance - then I spotted this article today.
https://www.miningnews.net/events-coverage/news/1375566/another-year-of-drilling-ahead-for-newcrest-at-havieron
There's our intrepid duo dressed in Newcrest gear checking out the drill cores on site - looks like they are keeping a close eye on proceedings.

In the NW 2 sites cleared and a third prepped for a rig at the most easterly site?
In the SW, are there 4 sites cleared with one prepped for a rig at bottom left? If that's right then it appears two sets of two running parallel NW/SE between two NW/SE features. Are they faults? That could make things tricky. Just speculation. Can't quickly find a geological map to check.
are we putting any significance to the fact the disturbed area is roughly twice the size of some of the other holes?
Nice pic of GH and CB :)
I guess it makes sense to use previous holes specially with 400m of dross to drill through before you reach interesting parts. Presumably you can veer off towards the point of interest easily enough.
I bet even finding the capped holes is a nightmare in all the sand and dust....even with GPS in hand.
Looks like they have cleared three areas to the northwest as well.

Strudel,
Loved the fly gag btw!!!

Only on my phone this morning. When I get to my PC later I'll try to do a comparison with the last image from the 2nd and see what looks to be new.
Cheers Paddy

No worries U.
....more disappointed that my fly joke seems to have gone unnoticed so far.
Sorry Strudel,
I had not seen your message. Soz for duplication.
UR
Paddy,
That does sound plausible. Does it appear to you that it may have re-entered a historic capped drill site?
