Are undervalued like crcl echo to name but two. Why do they not find their way north.?
Come on guys relax. This has already doubled in a short window. It is re rating. Sit back and enjoy. Hit 52 week high again today. It will break. Gla
either 1 of these things will bag the share many times over from here imo.
In order of the biggest bags.
1. By far the most important and what will have the biggest impact is Burwell Lease Signed off. This cements the 100MW plant and gives us 20x what MAST have and we are 1 quarter of their market cap. This single thing alone makes the market wake up and puts us well into double figures.
2. Mambare Production Lease. This project once held the market cap at £40m but nickel prices fell and the project was on ice. We are now just entering the Battery era and Nickel is in demand. This alone will take the market cap back to at least £40m once signed off.
3. WoWo Gap Aquisition for the A$4.7m debt. There was a wardens meeting planned for last week which due to covid was cancelled. It is now (hopefully) going ahead towards the end of May. In any event the A$4.7m (£2.6million) needs to be either repaid to Corcel, which will double the SP, or more likely the project handed to Corcel in payment which will send the sp into a frenzy as WoWo had a valuation of up to A$£600m in 2009.
So strap in , get what you can as at least one of the above WILL happen. If 2 happen prepare for amazing, if all 3 happen prepare for unbelievable.
What’s the chances of the lease being signed and the timescale for this ?
Thanks for the update Torreagaus. Regarding the Wowo Gap wardens meeting being rescheduled for late May - take it you are in touch with the company?
Moiz, I checked with resource mining, I did not get the info from Corcel.
Oilbethere, The situation with the lease (as I understand it, is as follows).
The current owner of the land is retiring from business and selling up. He is selling the land to either a director of or to the company Pigeon Investment Management. Once the sale goes through then the lease can be signed with Corcel.
The 100mw connection to the grid is specific to the land and cannot be changed and it expires in June. So, the situation is the land owner has some farm land which is sat there doing nothnig, there is a 25yr lease on offer from Corcel. Both parties want the lease to go ahead as it is worth a lot of money to both. So it has to be before the connection offer expires.
Of course, I have to say I could be totally wrong with all of the above. This is just research I have done myself. One thing I am certian of is the connection expires in June. So the clock is ticking..
Assuming the deal is done the sp will re rate on this alone. The risk is the deal will not be done and that is why the SP is sat where it is in my opinion. Big investment money needs certainty. Once the lease is signed the big buys will come in and PI's will have no chance at these levels. You either believe it will be done and get in now or wait and if it is signed pay a much higher price.
Of course this is just 1 value enhancing point. There are many others.
Thankyou for your detailed explanation Torreaguas on lease . It seems a win win for all parties to get it signed .
"CORCEL – TODAY’S MAST IPO HIGHLIGHTS VALUATION DISJOINT WITH CORCEL. REVISION OF PRICE TARGET TO 12.91P. BUY.

...
On the flexible grid solutions side, Corcel’s flagship project is the 100%-owned Burwell Project which is a 100MW (50MW of energy storage and 50MW of solar) project located outside of the town of Burwell in Cambridgeshire. Already, the land lease heads of terms are in place and the grid connection is secured. The project owns the last 100MW 132KkV connection available at the substation there and there are multiple expansion options including solar and storage. Planning could be gained here shortly making the project shovel ready, which is a pretty big inflexion point as at that stage the project could then be sold, funded or new partners could be brought in. ..."

Thanks Torreaguas.
My understanding is that commercial lease terms have been already been agreed, which was the main potential stumbling block.
But obviously the lease can't actually be signed until the sale completes.
So it really is just a waiting game.
When the sale completes, the lease should be signed.
