#CHLL - proposed restructuring moves should reinvigorate Chill Brands Group PLC
Jonathan Swann (JS) is seeking to requisition a general meeting along with 18 other shareholders (c24% of CHLL shareholders). JS has invested c£3.6m & also bought shares in the open market.
The JS shareholder group (JSG) are supportive of CEO Callum Sommerton, Scott Thompson & Eric Schrader, and the action has been bought against Antonio Russo and Trevor Taylor because JSG believes these two are actively hindering the growth of the company.
Although the pivot made by the Company in the past six months to focus on the UK market has shown good results, JSG believes the cash drain from the US side of the business is holding things back.
JSG also believe that corporate governance is not a priority for this Board, and they believe that the Board is not acting in the interest of all shareholders. With the departure of Mr Russo and Mr Taylor, the market will be able to clearly see a business and board aligned for the benefit of all shareholders
The muppets always claim they bought back in at the bottom
Moron
Onwards and upwards
Payday. 40,000 added. There does seem to be good buying in general today.
And that’s why I’ve snapped mine back up 25% cheaper whilst you bottled it
Could be quite a shrewd move, call for an EGM then load up on the cheap. Look at the size of those 3 delayed buys, someone is loading up. This should be good for chill in the long run imo.
Does anyone actually read many of Openheimers posts? Most are just nonsense!
If any sense jump then they will still reap benefits from their shares going forward
The troll is throwing out his toys as its rallying
This will drop by the end of the day. Wait until Swann comes out with the reasons.
he is hardly buying up shares in the co to **** his money away!
Anyone who was concerned by the coup to remove a load of free loading a holes who have brought nothing to the company in recent years was very much mistaken lean and mean and of into a Sommerton bright future. This is still an amazingly cheap stock . there has been no news released re sales and all that data is yet to be filtered into the equation . JS would imo not have increased his stake if the forward direction of travel was not good .
Will turn blue soon enough.....
Panic Selling below 3p will have to pay more to get back.....that's if they want to of course 😉.....
GLA.
Muppets panicked out because well they followed the other muppets meanwhile all the cheap shares have been scooped up
from weak to the strong
Swann is doing what we as all SH’s wish we could do. Wield power removing incompetent overpaid deadweight.
No one can defend them saying they haven’t had the time to implement changes. They’ve had an abundance of it! (And wages).
The only outstanding issue left is.
Do they jump or get pushed out?
100%
Hi to all doubters
I have it on very good authority that our rising start and turn around CEO Callum is going absolutely nowhere . He is 100 % committed to Chill Brands PLC and its long term future. The EGM note from Mr Swann IMO is long overdue and its about time the 2 US "directors" found another company to bleed. I have been invested for a number of years but seldom post on here unless i have something to add to the narrative. I believe this to be a instrumental part of the turn around by removing dead wood from the previous legacy.
Have been useless from day one. They arranged a coup to remove a very good CEO we had at the time and then drove the company to near bankruptcy. It is only since Callum came on board that we raised the funds to complete the purchase of our domain name and started getting things moving in the right direction. They should have gone years ago.
My opinion is that the likes of oppenheimer work for pence on behalf of brokers, sent on uncertain RNS days to create as much chaos, liquidity and shorting or buy in opportunities as possible.
It's also the reason you can't get them banned, they Oil the wheels of the system.
Just laugh along with them or green bin.
For flippin' sake, oppenheimer, what kind of deformed logical fallacy merchant are you? Seriously? You're quoting tom winnifrith's absolutely ancient technique or starting a rumour himself and then citing it in one of his throwaway comments on his clickbait 'website' as one of those 'some people are sayin'' comments The man is literally using himself as a source to see if he can stir up a bit more controversy for the sake of it and then you 'retweet' it here, complete with the idiot's lament 'oh dear'?!?! Oh dear, indeed.
Peak not pick ,sorry guys.....:)
Who’s the muppet sorry? 😁
Oh dear,....yesterday news came totally out of the blue and certainly caused a turbulence....
The market just hate uncertainty hence the big drop from yesterday pick of 3.75p......
I am sure this will recover fast enough when this little storm will pass so take that as opportunity to add if you brave enough.....
As always IMHO.
there are suggestions that jonathan “kiss of death” swann saw management accounts at chill brands (chll) and was panicked by how bad they were into calling an egm to sack chief commercial officer antonio russo and chief operating officer trevor taylor. as he bought shares the other day that would have been insider dealing. so, i’d bet the ranch that swanny has not seen the numbers but you don’t need the brains of lloyd george to know they will be ****e...
