We will hopefully find out in 2 more days if I was right to buy that extra 3mil shares :) GLA
Yes- but obviously subject to fluctuation.
So the actual spread is around 18%.
From this tiny market cap
Yeah, agreed one on my watchlist. Decent assets at bucket price, mainly due to funding and being stuck in limbo.
When they finally Give you something to be excited about, it could do a prem style rerate. The herd will come...
Correct, ignore the displayed spread here, false!!
We could get some news on the licence by the end of the month if not sooner, I expect to see some action once the 17th has passed presumably without any objections?
If we do indeed get granted the licence what are the likely benefits for the sp? Where do we see it going?
Personally, I don't think there will be much reaction which will follow the trend here. The only way I see a big uplift now for the sp is, either, good financing arrangements announced for Hope, Gorob, or Mankayan listing or us selling our stake for a substantial sum.
I'm fairly certain that any Mankayan news will be 2024? Based on what I know and hear.
We need to grab the interest of the market and PI's to ramp up the volume which is also key to a sustained rise in our sp.
Comments please!
Mr T
Dummy trade shows actual spread of .000271 to .00032. Massively less than 60%. Besides which what do you expect for a microcap company?
Insane. Who's gonna buy?
60%, your having a laugh. What’s going on. Think that’s a record for me
It's the same license application number (246), and the new ("petroleum") tab has additional text for "Granted" and "Expired". This is what makes me think the granting of the license might be close.
I don't think there's any petroleum license application, I think they've incorrectly indentified our mining license application, being license 246.
Mmm . Close to Walvis Bay. An oil licence as well . That would be nice. Maybe Colin forgot to mention it or maybe not. Curious, though
. . . . on the Namibian Mining cadastre website - https://maps.landfolio.com/Namibia/ , it's saying that our application to mine (as submitted in July 2022) is "Active".
The new tab states that we have an active *petroleum* license, so I'm yet to be wholly convinced that we've finally bagged our license to mine copper, but it's an odd online development if nothing has changed.
Nobody is going to buy with a 40% spread the MM needs to sort this out
Anyone see the news over at Global Pet today, they have oil and gas interests in Namibia!!!
Thoughts anyone???
Mr T
Mr T,
Looks like the last day for interested and affected parties to comment is the 17th November, I haven’t read all the documents but it looks like they applied for a environmental clearance certificate, and a heritage permit. So a case or more thumb twiddling.
The ECC normally show up here ; https://eccenvironmental.com/
Nothing showing yet
Every
Good find.
Does it mean a decision by 17th November?
Mr T
I just bought another 3 mil based on the last RNS
Blue
Trying again with this one... at least some better news this time
GLA
Not new, all covered in last Friday's RNS.
Silver,
I little harsh, but I get your point!
The reason no small miner is very rarely bought out is, I suspect approaches at such low levels would instantly be rejected and the share price would be up ten fold with even.a whiff of such a move. There are countless bzt examples on AIM!!! It's not just us.
Important here we now keep up some news momentum and we get the licence sorted.
Funding, last raise was April 23, at 0.04p, 750k, so if we have some newsflow which is positive the sp could react and there will be an opportunity to raise funds.
The mine funding will be external finance, I suspect a JV may be on the cards also. BZT will never raise 5 _ 10 mill to build and commence operations at Hope without private equity and finance. CB has inferred many times that these talks have been ongoing, Chinese input was mentioned I believe at one point!
Mankaysn it appears is now 2024 at the earliest, maybe its time for us the sell our stake and let them get on with it!!
Mr T
We clearly need to JV to get anything done.

I do recall somewhere CB stating this. Midweek roast maybe. The licence is needed, this 3m mcap should be long gone.
