I've have the misfortune to be invested in CB companies and clearly not aligned to shareholder interests. Dreadful performance and never anything to show for it. I wish we could get him removed from the bod. These directors need to be more accountable for their performance and in this case the sheer lack of it
6 Actually; AFP, BZT, GLR, KEN, XTR & TIR.
Spread so thinly hardly exisits! Have a look at GLR & XTR today and see what is being said there.
Could BZT go the way of BMR?
When he speaks, even CB cant believe how much rubbish comes out of his mouth. Never ever invest in CB companies, you will invariably lose money unless you can predict a spike. there is always a spike
I did just see that he is the director of 5 companies no wonder he has trouble getting projects done
I see Colin Bird and it’s a no
I guess what we have to hope for here is that the mining licence comes soon and that they sell the Eureka project to pay for the mine.
Each of those 3 Billion shares just issued, they come with a warrant on a 1/1 basis, so the warrant can be exchanged during the next 3 years into other shares. So 11 Billion shares is guaranteed to become 14 Billion shares if each warrant convert into a share. Damn
8 Billion shares now become about 11 Billion shares. Damn
Had high hopes here :-(
You couldn't make it up. Billions more shares issued creating massive overhang.
The RNS uses words like testing, planning, studies and costing endlessly so (if) they finally get to the drilling stage a lot more funding needed. Nobody should be surprised by market reaction. The disaster just keeps unfolding. Who are the idiots that keep funding this company?
You can buy at 0.0255.
Whether you'd want to is another matter.
Listed sells are buys@0.026
Sorry 0.025
Placings are part of the ownership of AIM exploration. I think CB was hoping for the MLA to come through to boost the SP before the placement but these take time. If the SP falls to .25p to buy I will double my relatively small holding.
Hardly unexpected list of expenses for progress which would never have been far away. Now let's be positive, get that licence and make some progress.
Placing:
Inevitable?
Positives:
Able to raise 800k at this point in time,
Price, irrelevant , as the sp is already at an all time low?
Funded for the foreseeable and there will be no issues with issuing final audited accounts?
Negatives:
More shares in issue?
Now we need that frigging licence?
Mr T
More confetti. same old
Colin Bird needs spending money!
I don't think that activity was real trading though? Too thin and most of the trades were piffling. I thought one of the large trades was a reversal of an earlier one? I had this happen to my trade on another stock recently. I couldn't understand why my buy wasn't showing correctly, pence differential? It was then reversed the following day hence creating 2 trades!!!!
Nothing happening today here so Friday volume was an irrelevance, either as above or broker's tidying their books! Weekend?
The wait goes on?
Mr T
Posts have dropped off Mr T but I don't imagine people are giving up. I posted re all the activity Friday with ambitious thoughts of upcoming news. Maybe it unintentionally infringed posting rules in some way. Not published anyway.
Looks like it could be another month!!!
Deathly silence here and more worrying many older poster appeared to have thrown in the towel?
CB needs ti update us here on to what exactly is going on. Why thevling process for the licence when he insisted the suthorities were fully behind this project?
Mr T
Without a mining license...... however, some good volume on Friday, 85m (Vs 8m daily average) so perhaps someone in the know knows something......over to you Mr Birdy.
You'd have more credibility in my eyes if you didn't childishly pat yourself on the back as much.
Still feel the chance of this rising is far greater then your prediction at this mcap. Especially once/if they sort out the budgeting and the news flow finally starts. Anyone's guess really
I too had the feeling that the 17th held the key. Of course, there could have been a problem but since we've heard nothing, I suspect not. It certainly tests the patience after the long wait but presumably the big holders are waiting so we can do nothing . GLA
There was something about a licence being agreed by the 17th but i think I read it wrong. Last date for commenting on this EIA: Friday, 17 November 2023 so I thought if there was no ejections it would then move forward.
