trading for huger losses
Just for your info, im quite clued up in just such an arena..
For a job, 33 years experienced, i am whats known as an "appointed person" who works on behalf of the secretary of state investigating breeches and gathering evidence to prosecute for infringements in public health legislation by individuals and companies within my designated area of the UK. As well as A very specialised investigative role, i am personally responsable for providing formal Regulatory legal advice to the courts Regulators and government in my specific field, one of approx 50 individuals in the UK in such position. Theres nothing you can teach me in this area im afraid.
The issue of settlement and provision figures is a nonsense. The very need to set such figures aside in the first place is simply an accounting practise, in case the action goes against you. Any immbecile understands such a practise, the point is the company shouldnt have put itself in such a stupid position in the first place.
And give up the insults, your just not very good at those either, my hearts thumping away nicely thank you, and im not particularly old.
So how many years did you sell double glazing or was it Kirby vacuums for? similar cr@p spouted and the same lingering smell.
no provisions for Monkeypox class action claims.
No doubt will get the usual short waffle off t4 know nowt G later
Good question LDLD among some children posting on here, quick answer is I don't know for sure but you can bet your bottom pound it will be back above 82p by the end of the week

Does it?
What is better than a settlement withinprovision without liability?"
Like you, simples. Maybe no need to have to fight a case at all gorgeous! Think of all those expensive lawyers fees they could have kept in the bank.
By being an honourable upstanding business instead of a shady company that everybody likes to investigate would be a "far better settlement" would it not?
if your snipping at me again trading for even huger losees today, i dont own any KZG.
You really should get your facts straight, if you read back (we know you struggle with this) you will see i wrote those off against a properties 6 figure capital gain some years ago now.
But never let a fact get in the way of your continual lies eh chum!
I post there, as here as im interested in the share, simple as . . . . . . . you
Oh yeah the empathy rubbish as though he is here for all the bag holders .....uses that one alot as the biggest deflection ......pathetic attempt to curve ball
Why the heavy drop?
Post what I like into the mix as you don't own this board......unfortunately for you it's a free board .
You are aware the board makes no difference to the daily share price are you ???I do sometimes wonder with you ....
Decent bit of balance from LSE as also deleted T4G's post.......
Good job they put the cash away to pay for all these associated costs, the kitty has very little left in it afterall.
Seems the market was expecting better.
Todays RNS states that the matter is resolved & within the legal provision amount - that will rocket the SP on a RED day.....
Whoop whoop, periscope UP.
BOO barrage over - save the goldfish!
BUY little BOOs now - Big BOOs tomorrow.
Ahhhhhh just remembered "Hunt For Red October" maybe still on Netflix Daytrade..... bit when the yanks listen in and can hear a faint propeller sound and murmuring of the words "scum shorters"
Two goldfish swimming along the bottom of the Mariana Trench.
One turns to the other and says "blimey, bit deep down here isnt it"
the other replies, "sure is but we're still less underwater than trading for losses"
Quite odd really that somebody who states he only has 5% of his portfolio 'invested' in this share seems to spend 99% of his time on here trying to close down others views.
Surely the other 95% of his 'investments' (some 19 of them if all held at 5%) would warrant the same ridiculus level of monitoring/posting about?
Unless of course its only this one he has, or is worried about.
*42p away from 35p T4G. Will you sell your shares down there?*
It's not going to 35p buddy - not unless there is a reason for every single shareholder to bail - i.e., a catastrophic update from the company or Putin launching a N-attack.
DYOR
Is that the one where you where it was pointed out that you tend to argue with quite a lot of people on here?, which of course you do.
42p away from 35p T4G. Will you sell your shares down there?
Bloodbath Wednesdays
Good buys coming in, but yet it goes down, it has been like this at least once a week so we can enjoy the bounce the following day, if it goes to 75p today I will buy the 25% back I sold yesterday.
Not down as much as you are here pondlife lol.
But to be fair that would be an achievment.
So what was your daily 'thought' process as you watched the sp declines day after day after day? id be genuinely interested.
Bet you were telling yourself "it'll turn tommorrow" or "burn shorters" or "what a bargain at this level" "time to buy more and average down" lol
And to think you still havent seen the light and realised/admitted you dropped the hugest of goolies for even a total newbie.
It was a Long way down to here from the 400's where even a preeching amoeba could work out they should have sold up. Genius investing on your part, well done.
Dont think you should waste too much time worrying about anybody elses supposed shares given your 'expertise' here.
Goldfish love a bit of underwater exercise, as well as a good nibble on pondlife amoeba.
T4G referring to goldfish???must be that inbedded sub conscious underwater thought he has daily on here ...
Literally 12 minites to prove both our points.
Couldnt make it up :)
