H1 is right. The customer service and refund issue is a concern. I want the share price to go up, but I don't love the company's ethics.

JohnH, SCB was one of the biggest pumpers on here 2 years ago, was the same but saying this was a buy buy buy, praising MK and Co. Blokes salty he lost so much, so he's gone opposite and equally obsessed.

Well the 30% additional growth in visits during December for debs to 28 million puts it to more hits than boohoo in 2021. Dan has done well there. I'm no lover of the company but credit where credit is due in marketing. Question is will it be profit.

I think looking at trends and similarweb ect you can see that debenhams is going to have a barnstormer of a Christmas period. The key thing is whether it can manage the growth in views and custom, which if they handle like the refunds will break the company - once bitten twice shy. It's all down to the customer experience - it's a new (old) kid on the block - this year the model will be tested to a much larger scale than last and determine whether the company can handle the increased customer base or put them off and fail.

The growth is there, what worries me is whether the customer service is which will determine repeat custom.

The similarweb stats are crazy 20mil visitors up 50%, it's crazy numbers.

I wrote this off long ago. It's a lesson not to believe the spin. The board have lost over 50% of value in 7 months. How they have held on I don't know, but if big Mike thinks he could have done better, he would have been more aggressive with a hostile takeover. Its a dead brand, there customer service won't was in the US either. Can you imagine the issues with returns over there!
