I've noticed the refund thing a month or so back. Asked IR with multiple screen shots asking for reasons customers are complaining at length. No response.

I agree on leak, if results are tomorrow I better take some valium. Board seem to leak more than a pub urinal, it's not a very professional company. ASOS up and away today, we get a 5% drop, I don't think that's just algos.
