I feel it was respectful. I asked 3 questions, 1) What is being done about the negative reviews regarding refunds. 2) When are they planning capital markets day. 3) Why has there been no board response regarding the role and fee Umar has.

No swearing, no rudness, just questions and an explanation that such things are the interest of shareholders which being a PLC should be addressed.
