Andrew I didnt mention a jv ? I said could be a combination of any fom of funding ..was thinking contract mining with small share issue to cover exploration. .. the interesting part for me is how they turn this profitable asap and then expand into the other areas we own thereby creating value.

Ironic

I agree that the placing will be with sp at 10P + and not for a while yet.

The previous loan was more like a wonga short term loan at silly rates. I see the next loan as a standard business loan at favourable rates. If you are right and CB doesnt want any more debt, then we are going to have problems realising the full potential of manica IMHO. Managed debt is a natural part of any business. If we dont have any more loans, then the placing will have to raise more money and is… Read More

Collin Bird has gone all out to clear the debt he inherited . I don't see him doing this to just take on new debt even if the interest rate is lower . There may well be another placing next year when the SP is over 10p a share , if we go it alone on the open pit mine . With Alluvials proven by then and interest in the area growing it could well be at a premium to the Share Price at the time . It will be debt free with proven growing income ..... SOLgold in the making .

Daz

I've said before I think CB will go for a mix of placing + loan. We will be able to negotiate the loan terms from a position of strength and get reasonable rates.

All the CIB and some of the alluvial income will be used to pay off auroch and cover the working costs. IMHO
