Can currently sell on HL for 24.055
The 24.39p trades must be buys as I have never been able to sell above 24p and the buy price has now gone up to 25.67p for 5k shares, 25.9p for 15k shares, and the max shares I can buy on ii is 25k.
I can however sell as many shares as I like at the improved price of 23.8p
The only way is up.......................
Nice to see some more solid buying, we will soon be 24p+ to sell
Onwards and upwards......................
3 grand sold today with continued diss poor show
Onion twittering that enquiries are pouring in 😂what he meant was the wages are still pouring in for the diss poor show
Only weeks away from he’s yanke holiday
All in all a
Proper process
Well we are all still here so presume everyone has not had their predictions met yet and why we check in to see anything new. I have made it clear we should have gone to production as action speaks louder than words but with a lot of cash being made by miners someone will be looking for a home and project to excite their shareholders and grow their enterprise. Remember most mid tier miners needs to grow to £500m+ entities before majors show interest so for many miners this would propel them into a good place. Certainly investors will need to see one of these binding offers soon or something else as MC has been confidently declaring a binding offer is inbound so he cant be promoting that without a high degree of confidence as he has moved the share price on this news as people have bought in. Therefore we just need to wait for that to happen. 30-40p should be where we should be until the binding offers land and offers should propel us over 50p+ so a pretty good return from todays shareprice if and when that happens.
Come on everyone, the good news is the SP is gradually rising..............MM's will now take 50k shares at 23.7p so the more sells we get the higher the MM's will pay for our shares (odd but true and reality()
I have been very clear, I am nervous as hell when the MM's will let me buy over 100k and wont let me sell.............equally I am now more confident the MM's will pay a price for my shares in volume.
I am no Warren Buffet but my logic and trading has worked so far!
No need for that last post Seingred; your coming across as a bit of a bully
Yep nice steady progress to 30 p again simms . Suspect is a slightly better word than your usual “I am sure”.
Interesting video about the current market with a positive prediction on gold stocks going forward (17 minute mark)

Gotta love your positivity Simms45, but your predictions are even worse than Punter’s ;-)
Plenty of interest? Large buyer? Seriously folks? Always glad to see price tick up but I certainly wouldn’t get excited by these volumes, it does suggest the shares are being held tight
I think we must have a large buy order in (which will show up soon - or part of it) as the more sells we get the higher the price to buy goes up!
Interesting times ahead!
Nice steady progress back towards 30p. Plenty of interest being shown and now just a wating exercise. I suspect August/Sept we should get a binding offer in the bag.
100,000 sell at 23.25 and I can now sell 50k at 23.54p (so I can get more for my shares)
Can still only buy 15k at 25p
Something is happening in the background!
(not sure why that got cut off...)
It's all about that first binding offer. If the three site visits occurred from March, then it's been five months since the first. How much time for legal due diligence and negotiations for a $100-200M asset purchase? I'm no expert but I know how long £5M deals take to agree for the company I work for and 5 months is not that long!
MC has reiterated recently that he expects the sales process to be concluded this year and he is involved directly in negotiations so if it was looking like there was no binding offer in sight I doubt very much he'd be so confident. Though some investors may have lost trust with his judgement, but in that case look at the facts: £400M+ NAV, 5 non-binding offers, 3 site visits so far, 8 companies currently under NDA, etc.
If MC is right then I'd expect to see the first binding offer by the end of September.

Happy Monday Morning All
It looks like the MM's want our shares again with a roll reversall...................
They are more than happy tp soak up the sells at 23.51 without dropping the price (I can sell 50k at 23.51p but I can only buy 15k at 25p)
Watch this space.....................................
Simms,
RE: Could this be the week!5 Jun 2023 09:32
Hopefully we break 34p this time as we should get a binding offer in the coming weeks if MC was correct about his tweet last month and completed by summer.
You really should stop with your speculation and just wait see what gives. Your posting history is littered with overblown assumptions.
Plenty of mergers and acquisitions happen very quickly. Most companies buy on the basis of all the known data and should anything be found to be false they have a separate clause to sue the sellers. Ask Autonomy if they should have checked their data before selling to HP over a weekend. Certainly a little more due diligence benefits the seller as well as the buyer but the buyer has a lot of power post purchase. Those coming late also have the benefit of access to any new reports or comfort letters that might have been created during the early negotiations so often deals can be completed quicker as time progresses and obviously those that can complete quickly have an upper hand, even if the offer is less. Key now is getting the first binding offer and that should be soon.
Yeah not sure about "less due diligence" when spending $100-200m Simms!
In any case I expect the tweet is just to let people know that there are new parties entering the process as negotiations are continuing with those that have already conducted site visits. My guess is we'll get a binding offer from one of these parties within the next few months, then that will put a fire under the other interested parties and we'll get a few counter offers.
Remember MC is confident that the sales process will be concluded this year and he is involved at every level.
It is highly likely the assets will be sold, the only questions are for what price and how much gets returned to share holders.
Those late to party are likely to be cashpile heavy and will do less due diligence so often the late runner secures the prize.
Yes because cashpile heavy got their pile by being negligent. More nonsense.
Those late to party are likely to be cashpile heavy and will do less due diligence so often the late runner secures the prize. my valuation is rising as more enter the ring as the bidding could be furious to win this prize.
Brromtree, it might be that a companies strategy or situation has changed over time which now makes it a suitable buyer. The more the merrier.
I welcome any newcomers, you never know they could well push the price up at some point, and may end up being the eventual buyers.

Interesting comment at 7 minutes about how the cacao deposit could be developed. Luc English mentions that it could be processed at the mill or at another mill within the country.
