If thats your "esteemed" leader selling then that takes you under 3% so TR1 due..... I hope you all get your money back the whole deal stinks to high heaven - Like most of AIM I suppose. GLA and ATB.
So you think that Borrelli will have a continual and meaningful dialogue with you if you deliberately misspell his name and call him a blatant cheat. And you had the nerve to question my intelligence.
vis " 3cardbrag. You do realise that to be recognised as a hero by you is hardly a compliment. Virtually every dimwit ive ever had the misfortune to encounter sits a few echelons above you"
What an absolute joke you are. You no more have a dialogue with Borrelli than with the man in the moon.
It's Borrelli Vig, not Borelli.
Just a point, if you are in the process of communicating with the little weasel.
Best regards.
The Met will not be interested, Vignere. The payments are fully disclosed and are for services rendered. They will more likely charge you for wasting their time.
Just follow these steps below... BMR Watch have shut down for Xmas so your access might not get sorted until the New Year.

Its easy to prove your shareholding, simply use the email address :

Please provide :
1. Shareholder name
2. Email address you registered with on BMR Watch.
3. BMR Watch name.
4. Number of shares held.
5. Stockbroker or Platform used.

Documentary proof should show your name and number of shares held. It can be a digital photo, scanned copy of your paper certificate, or a screenshot / scanned / saved copy of a print out from your online account.
Any additional detail is not required, so actual account number, other share details etc should be redacted before sending.
Thanks Bring. I only proved about half of my holding because the rest were with Beaufort Securities who went into
liquidation. It has been transferred to another company now; so will be able to prove the rest now. Do you have Laffers email address? Also thanks for the info and your help.
Hi Scottie, have you proven your shareholding in BMR?
Laffer has restricted access to all members who haven't proven their holding. This might explain why you can't see all the content on the site.
Can someone talk me through this website please. I am registered but can not get up to date information. Thanks
I did not mean to undermine your opinion. Apologies. My my post was meant to infer that the likelihood of what we want and what we feel is best to ring fence are old BMR assets will not be entertained by people who do not have the same intentions as us. As our jlp puppet master realises, the best way forward for them is to keep BMR a private company long enough to take as much as it can of our assets for as little as possible.
If you want best case scenarios then I suggest that every effort is made 2 try and get above the 29% and then put a legal hold on current BMR dealings. A majority of shareholders are persuaded that the best way forward for BMR is is for all activities to cease and that the company becomes a Investment fund for a 5 to 6 year term. After that any shareholder can leave by releasing their shares for the total value of the trust divided by the number of shares they own. The longer you leave your shares in the trust the greater the value of the trust and the greater the value of your shares then it's just a simple waiting game as to who leave their shares in longest for the greatest return. This could Simply Be administered by a single accountant. Oh wait hold on
Sounds about right. You can't defend the indefensible.
Thinking that AB and CB are acting in the interests of BMR shareholders is an illusion. CB's intention is to get as much of BMR & GLR under the JLP umbrella and AB's intention is to do as CB says and take the 12 pieces of silver offered to him down the line for his betrayal and also to remain in a salaried BMR position for as long as the money holds out.
Only have your "word" for it that Bmr are not doing a firesale.
It also strikes me that JLP holders still believe BMR are selling shares. Some big chunks sold this morning above 2.5p yet they have just had a placing at 2.5p! I think that one is self explanatory....
Still, good news for BMR that the JLP SP is heading in the right direction. When we first got issued with JLP shares they were around 3.5p. Still a long way to go to get back to breakeven on those.
It strikes me that people seem more interested in the bickering than they do about developments for the business!
Could we leave this pointless bickering on one side,
It looks like those JLP sales this morning were BMR getting rid of some of their share of JLP shares that have a very good chance of a steady rise in order to buy some pig in a poke.
Love it. They do say attack is the best form of defence, if not the most honest.
He also said he won't be releasing any updates unless it's tangible.
If you want an update why not give him a call yourself? Then you can feel privileged too. I posted his number here the other day.
What I meant was, it's not on a regulated market. Still, I need to be careful what i post.
Hopefully we should get an official update before Xmas.
There's always a market. Just much more restricted in an unlisted state
It can't be market sensitive, there's currently no market for BMR.
Seriously though does any one else find it just a bit strange that Borrelliman continues to divulge market sensitive information to our heroes without so much as a one line tweet to the rest of the world. What a privileged position in which to be.
How does that Christmas carol go?
"Now BRING us some VIGGY pudding"
Vig - I think you have given away the worst kept secret on this Board. 'I am confident that you can deal with the alternatives'.
Vig thinks Bring is Alex. Vig and Bring email each other with such adoration they are the same person.
So if you want to voice complaint at that useless CEO who lost your money - direct it to Bring and Vig.
Too kind!
How about BF?
