Troaj/SJ, that was a whopping trade and they were stuffed on such an awful price. Weird that whomever it was sold after a resource upgrade RNS.
Can't fathom it at times. Well, I rarely know what is going on. Lol.
Down more the next!
Strange that there were so many buys today , they must be licking there wounds already, they sold all of those shares for 3.20 , I hold over 4.3 million shares here and I’m reasonably happy, tomorrow is a new day, and a happy one I hope,
11.25 million share sell today explains the sudden drop here and in Sweden. Must of been one of the participators of the fundraise
that was an odd trade eric?
A good surprise wouldn't be before time. It could be that Budgie is a canny operator.
Yes, he is, in my opinion.
TFE, lol. Yes, it is a very valid point, but what we should be overjoyed about is that the resource wasn't downgraded.
:-)
Can someone please pass this on to Stefan? It might help him make up his mind...

Just a gut feeling for me that Kurt paused further exploration a while back to acknowledge the stagnation in government. He may have timed this check and update knowing some movement is in the offing after Unesco has exhausted any further objections.
stream...not steam...although a little steam wouldn't amiss?!?
Up 16% on yahoo finance which is great and deserved on general news but BEM struggles to maintain any positive momentum - I've never understood how it spikes and then before traction, external factors bring it back to earth with a bump.
Having said that, I was predicting a fall well below the recent issue price on the usual Baylan, UNESCO and general govenment incompetence so what do I know. I would so love to see a steady steam of good news for this company that has investors confidently wanting to buy in and true value being realised. However, I've long learnt not to hold my breath, I usually kick myself for not taking any form of profit out as I see the SP return to earth - it feels like BEM needs viagra!!! Anyway, good luck as ever - wouldn't it be good to be surprised by this share...in a good way for once?!?!?!
People seem to be buying shares.....is that allowed :-)
the way l see it ,it is just a waiting game they will try and buy us out or let us mine it our selves , all along l have believed that is the way the sweds want to go all this green business is alloy and behind closed doors they want it them selves that fore sure.
lets just hope we will be here to enjoy the out come
The cynic in me would say where has this extra 19 million tonnes of iron ore actually come from?
A 12.5% increase is not an insignificant amount and is explained by further test work by a different company (Baker Geological Services), so it now appears that Geovista got it wrong.
However on closer inspection it is reported that Davis Tube test work results vary considerably depending on the actual equipment used and the way the test is implemented.
Also are there any differences between the two (PERC and JORC) resource standards/reporting methodologies? Who knows?
I was skeptical about Budge's announcement at the time where he said Beowulf are in the process of upgrading the resource at Kallak, I thought how, but he must have known at the time that Baker Geological Services results were going to show an improvement in the overall resource size.
All this added value with no extra drilling, who'd have thought it, but like I said, it's the cynic in me.
Saying that, his comments at the end generally and about the CAB's findings resonate well with me. But the wait continues.
GLA.
......come under extreme pressure from within.
Good stuff this SJ. Kurt popped the mention of this in when he did his Proactive video, so pleasing to see today's RNS.
If the Government doesn't act swiftly once UNESCO has shuffled about with our application, then Baylan will surely become under extreme pressure from within.
Good.
Thanks :-)
Just thought some might be interested, far as I'm aware BEM have previously only quoted JORC codes when reporting resource estimates.
Probably a new directive from Brussels, you know how the EU like control, perhaps they didn't like the word "Australasian" code.
But then my views and dislike are well known on the bureaucratic European Union.
FWIIW, when it comes to geology most of us are
numpties on here.
TFE, for the numpties like me, can you please explain the significance you were implying or were you just sharing the codes. Either way, thanks.
As most (including me) are familiar with the JORC code of reporting here's the background to the formation of PERC.
Some might find it helpful.

nice bit of copper and gold. And copper is the new Gold!
If Sweden want this nice new clean techy world they need copper and gold (and iron) - the sooner they figure this out the better
Great news. Won't make a blind bit of difference to the SP though.
Nice RNS this morning. Very decent upgrade and also highlights the huge potential of the area for additional exploration. :)
Anybody see the roundtable with the Hybrit company CEO's?
I think you mean 93 years young :-)
