Maqsood posts:
"I think this is just general chat and anyone can post anything here?"
......
Maqsood i'm so pleased you've mentioned that. 🙂 We usually get whingers saying only rampers can post.
I believe like you that all views are welcome. 🙂Highlighting both the positives and negatives of a company makes a much more rounded thread. 🙂
"Holding a registered licence, provided that an environmental certificate is obtained and other obligations are meet, allows mining operations. All such claims have a 12 month life and must be continuously worked to obtain renewal of title"
............
I don't believe i've seen the above mentioned in a previous RNS but the above appears costly. Especially with numerous licenses.
I wonder what the definition of "continuously worked" means?
I think this is just general chat and anyone can post anything here?
I was just saying that we got enough work going on in zimbabwe and even one license in kenya not happening much then there is no big problem.
Didn’t you like to hear something positive?😁
Maqsood, my last post wasn't aimed at you. 🙂
Regarding Kenya. Some time ago when i read the Kenyan mining act i'm sure it said that the goverment decide how much you must spend during the duration of the license and if the company doesn't spend that amount then the company must pay the difference to the Kenyan authories. So just speculation by me but i wonder if Red Rock didn't spend the required amount and they had to pay or owe the Kenyan authorities money.
Doesn’t really matter as full concentration on zimbabwe!!!
Lithium licences will keep coming from there!!
Stay tuned……….
The Kenyan 3 year license ends around 2 August.
I cannot imagine the Kenyan authorities will have been impressed at how little Red Rock have done at Migori these past 3 years.
If any anything goes wrong with license renewal then Red Rock will only have themselves to blame.
They felt like they will get away with it,but if the decision coming in our favour then the money kept by buyer will straight away coming to us and the other party can not do anything about it as money is not in their hands!!
Not long wait nowwwwwww
So when are you making the payment to Christies in Manchester? You know, you being a man of your word and all that good stuff?
I can post it all again if you need me to ....
I wouldn't join a club that would have me.
Why don’t they sign then? Just saying they will won’t make it happen.
Thanks Acconista / Helpful.
Apologies for a simple question but are the new rules a good or bad thing for RRR ?
Will they impact timescales as for instance we were planning to directly sell higher grade ore but now can't and need a local processor to buy ?
Many thanks.
Volume still quite high today allthough board is very quiet.
When I saw Greg Peck ramping this at 0.22p I felt sorry for any lth’s
He’s a death knoll for any stock.
Really, are you part of the Telegram group run by the so called Aim terminator and his pump and dump cronies
No
Is it the fact that despite the court ruling the other side won’t sign and we can’t force them to sign. It’s just a Mr Bell blag to get his latest fund raise away

You need to look at the new rules SI 5 2023. I can't say more.

Thanks Helpful
Even I am giving RRR the benefit of the doubt on Tin Hill. Absolute key to silence the doom mongers is some news on production income or sales. The first RNS and Andrews interviews three weeks back suggested that would happen very soon. The latest RNS seems to draw back significantly on that. Do you anticipate an RNS on production / sales / income this month ? Thanks Banbury.
Very quite
So I have been through the RNSs and it looks like we have 483 hectares granted and transferred with at least one other awaiting transfer/grant.
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/RRR/lithium-subsidiary-established-assets-acquired/15392785
So maybe we will have between 500 and 600 hectares when the current iteration of licence acquisition is complete. Note all have pegmatites and all have been sampled.
In above RNS the acreage at Tin Hill is given as 51 hectares, so it looks like we will 10x the Tin Hill acreage.
The new rules that have come in also present us with a market opportunity that wasn't there before.

Posters on POW seem massively underwhelmed by the interview when you posted it on there.
They don't have the cash to purchase our share by the look of the accounts.
To be honest Hawai this is all about Zimbabwe. We have massively hyped the asset and income and have claimed little or no infrastructure or capital needed. That's the prize and anything else is fluff. Information on production and first sales needed from Tin Hill in the next few weeks. I said I thought Zimbabwe sounded promising - Bell and Helpful need to deliver on the hype.
Looks like something is about to happen concerning New Ballarat Gold, interview released a few hours ago from Stockbox, they interviewed POW's new CEO, when discussing their IPO suite he skipped over New Ballarat and then used the words 'outright sale' or 'vending into a shell' towards the end.
'We have talked about (meaning internally) the possibility to do something with New Ballarat as well, so there's balance sheet crystallisation events'
It is also worth noting that ECR have sold a nearby licence close to NB, it would make perfect sense for RRR to divest some of these projects (for cash or receipt of shares) given the speed of movement in Zimbabwe. RRR own just over 50% of NB.
