TheeDuke-Why did you post that? I try to read and listen to everything RRR says or posts and I have no clue as to RRR's priorities. IMO they lack focus. Personally I would like to see a RNS listing all projects, including those planned for 2023, with comments on what the 2023 activities will be. This includes permitting, license applications etc. So if RRR wants to drill then they first must get a permit, for Zimbabwe it would listing 4 properties, on which 3 they want to file permits for, if other property licenses are planned then RRR should state that.
IMO too much is unknown which leaves "helpful' to post messages which sound plausible but often are not accurate
LOL the vast majority of posters are those who bash RRR, primarily restate how they lost money 10-15 years ago
or they post the Congo funds have not been received (true) despite the decision being 'imminent" as in ready to be issued to issued at any time but they want it to mean a defined time frame like 7 days and then bash that it did not happen in 7 days
How many are pals with AB to pump and get placings away
You need to Learn to Invest if your idea of investing is to listen and follow people like Andrew Bell.
You would have to be a little sub par intellect wise to invest in anything he is involved in. Take a look at his previous companies and where they are now.
Get out now - sell at a loss but just get out!
Yep really slippery, using words with their correct meaning as opposed to a stream of meaningless verbiage. Maybe you should look the last one up?
Spec none of the bashers on here are paid. In the main ex holders who are tired of the lies that the company constantly puts out. Helpful says he did not say Glencore would pay redies and no of us can read and there it is in black and white in Helpfuls 19.24 8th July Post.
The only poster on here that is "conflicted" he may or may not be paid is Helpful as he is a close freind and confident of Andrew Bell.
I have given them a chance on Tin Hill and despite promises Helpful is setting the scene for no Tin Hill update. The world is now so rosy with multiple licences Tin Hill is of no relevance anymore.
How many here are paid by Glencore to bash RRR?
That's straight out of the snake oil salesman handbook that one.
If you ever needed evidence of what you've got here in Helpful then that's a perfect example. It's not so much a lesson in learning to read as an example of just how devious and slippery a snake he is. I guess he learned that from the master, AB, himself.
TDT
The reality is that their fancy lawyers haven't helped them so much in the last few years. Anyway, their fancy lawyers might cost more than it would cost to cut a deal with RRR. Who knows?
Yep
We're up against Glencore and their fancy lawyers
Yes and yes.
I am not going to explain why the VUP settlement has taken so long but maybe AB will once it has been signed. Until it is signed, it would be stupid to stir things up.
IMHO
Helpful I agree that litigation against Glencore should go our way if there is any fairness in this world but it could take ages to achieve and will this Company still be here? You would have thought the DRC money was simple to settle but AB never seems to get anything over the line. In the meantime we just keep going down hill.
Robins, learn to read.
I outlined the process and how RRR would get to a number (the quantum) for the claim. They might or might not be successful but the process remains the same. My view (and I might be right or wrong) is that the likelihood of a result is in RRR's favour. Glencore has got a demonstrated history of corrupt dealing in DRC which resulted in the DRC Govt fining them $160mil: see the earlier post from the BBC.
In a rational world, Glencore would want to do a deal and so would RRR but who knows what will happen?

Guys you are invested in an Bell company. That screams misdirection and out and out lies, get out now.
I lost a lot of money in his companies before ensuring I never touched them again.
All this talk about us potentially getting money from claims. You might as well say we could receive billions and billions but the fact is we never end up receiving a penny. I used to believe what AB said but that was many moons ago.

Expect is probabilistic. As I said, people need to learn to read.

Three exclamation marks, blimey.
8th July Helpful posts:
"PS I fully expect Glencore will be paying us some serious readdies fairly soon"
.......
Today 10th July Helpful posts:
"You lot need to learn to read.
I never said that Glencore would hand over readdies"
🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
The claim would be heard in London or Switzerland not the DRC.
And it might well take some time.

That could take years. If the court case took place in the DRC I doubt we would get anywhere with all the backhanders passing around. But, if it came off then it would make everyone very happy indeed.
You lot need to learn to read.
I never said that Glencore would hand over readdies: I commented on the size of RRR's claim.
The claim is the monetary amount which RRR's reckons it has lost by Glencore's tortious interference (look it up). To make a claim you have to put a number on the losses and justify it in a manner that the court might accept. You can't just pick a number and justify it on the basis of hurty feelings.
The two bases RRR would use would be $420mil less the $20mil already paid) x 50.1% and the DCF for the loss of profits from exploiting Musonoi plus the two other licences and any other losses it suffered as a consequence. Other losses would include having to raise funds at distressed prices and loss of profits from not being to properly exploit assets.
Normally, someone like RRR would appoint a court accepted expert (there are registers of them) who would advice on the quantum and how that quantum is arrived at.
Based on the above the claim would be between $200mil and a few billion. Interest is normally added plus costs.
The court decides in what is called the Settlement or Award or the two parties agree outside the court process, again, the Settlement.
What the claim is and what the settlement is are not the same thing. If RRR achieves success then whichever way you cut it, it is still a decent number given RRR's current MC.

Yes Duke that's 700m shares assuming .1p issue price.
Need news fast on Tin Hill to get a higher issue price.
If DRC comes good or as Helpful says Glencore hand over the readies no share issue needed.
Big couple of weeks.
I notice that Bell is all over the shop with the timing of his RNS's releases.
