Think things are a bit more urgent than that, DARLYN.
Salmon slacks destroys share holder value. The share price reflects his leadership qualities. It will be a continuous slide back down to pre consolidation levels within 12 months. Then he will just repeat. Need to get rid of him but sadly he will continue to draw down his generous salary until he retires when he will turn the lights off as he walks away and flies to his holiday apartment in the sun.
What a great share to trade lol
Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse it does and sanderscam still getting paid, unbelievable.
SP has been all downhill since June last year when they did the deal with UKOG.
https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChart.html?sharechart=RGO&share=Riverfort
"" I think the UKOGs shares will be part of RiverFort's other investments which will be retained (or rather continue to be sold).""
Far more like riverfort have concluded that bog paper is more expensive per sheet than Ukog shares, so now as part of their new look, they will utilize this ASSet in the WC, financially smart way to get rid of them !!
See https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/RGO/investment-portfolio-redemption-reverse-takeover-0d20hyiverqdkzh.html
Looks like UKOG has just lost one of its funding providers, RiverPort is exiting the investing business and is going to become a "health and wellness" company (no joke).
Turns out that providing death spiral financing isn't a sustainable business.
It is unclear what happens to RP's UKOG shares, it didn't seem to be a long-term holder anyway, selling them off as soon it was able after acquiring them. I think the UKOGs shares will be part of RiverFort's other investments which will be retained (or rather continue to be sold).

Market Capitalisation £1.99m
and the 1 week graph
https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChart.html?sharechart=UKOG&share=Uk-Oil--Gas
says it all. Not sure we will be seeing this next week "2022 Cash and cash equivalents totalled £4.6 million at the year-end (2021: £4.7 million) which allowed liquidity to be successfully maintained."

Lolololol.
It "floared" away did it, Adrian?
Why do you keep posting the same scaremongering nonsense about Hydrogen powered vehicles?
They have been safely used on our roads for years. Volvo & Mercedes have trucks using them, they are being trailled on buses and trains in Scotland.
The safety issues were sorted out long ago and in many respects they are safer than an ICE or EV, as the H2 is vented away within a second if the tank is ruptured.
Can management get its market cap to gain some height?
If it can, then the market's concerns about funding will begin to be allayed and the downward spiral can reverse and turn upwards.
We are not there at the present time.
"your market cap determines how much you can raise and, therefore, what you can do."
Absolute tosh - a company with fantastic prospects can raise multiples of its m/cap IF the market believes. The market does not believe in UKOG which is why they seem to resort to Spivs for Convertible Loans and other exotic forms of finance.
ocelot should know this...
AimDogs,
Was simply citing last year's report to show that the auditors had already drawn attention to the "going concern" at the time.
Couldn't agree more, when you rely on the market to raise funds, your market cap determines how much you can raise and, therefore, what you can do.
What an utter shambles Mr Sanderson, you should have stuck with the TA. Why on earth did you withdrawn from BB and take an interest in hydrogen gas.I think that unless somebody can come up with a solution that after the first few explosions then hydrogen propelled cars will be banned , likewise it would be quite dangerous to use for aircraft because they are apt to crash .Ships using it will probably be made to stand off from ports to unload /load. Whyhas HH not been drilled several times and the water separation equipment installed .These are the things that showed signs of life.but you have gone off chasing dreams
SS aka "duster Steve" should be investigate by FCA... Ponzi company... failure after failure
My biggest investment mistake...lost 27k
Didn't sell yet as I never sell at loos, awaiting the day when company will announce bankruptcy...
Sp. 100th% down ...100%✓ how they still at the market is beyond my imagination.
Ps.
I would love to see SS to be investigated by FCA and company will play some kind of the competition to the holders ... because those holders was told false informations since BB failure... about "national significance" ... Ponzi company....say away.
I know few people who lost more than 100k to this scam
Ocelot. That was when the SP was around 0.6p and the m/c was approximately 18 million. Easier to raise funds against that. The value now is a twelfth of its value then. A proactive CEO and management could do something with what is left but unfortunately those running the show have no concept of using a small budget to grow a company, only how to turn a large budget into a small one, as proven.
This was in the Auditor's Report last year:
"Material uncertainty related to going concern
We draw attention to note 2b in the financial statements, which indicates that the Group will require additional funding in the coming twelve months to meet their ongoing cash requirements ...".
1.57 m m/c at that price. With 1 million abandonment liability Sanderson will need some fancy accountants to sign this off as a going concern for the next year. Imo.
Someone is making a very bad job of killing it!

How is this stock still alive?
It’s a shame ocelot will not admit he has been in the wrong for years, and apologise to any investors that have listened to him, I actually think he should be investigated, as there’s no one can can reasonably continue in his manner of investing…
Ocelot
Shame they returned the land to its original condition. But then again did you expect UKOG or AME to inform the investors? You can't even see where the track or pad were even if you knew where it was in the first place.
Last year it included the following sentence:
