Quite a few large transactions so far today. Hopefully, RF will get their final tranche this week and we can then be rid of them from a debt situation but they will have surplus shares and warrants.
My brother did the same for his 40th bailiff, as I bought him a half hour flight in a Stampe.
I prefer rotary wing aircraft myself and have time logged in an R22, Enstrom and the Eurocopter EC120b Calibre (my favourite!) all out of Shoreham Airport (are you local to Shoreham?).
Never got my licence (too damned expensive!) but it is an 'itch' that I l did like to 'scratch' occasionally when I was still working.
If this comes good (really good) who knows (as I really like the look of the new Hill HX50!) but probably getting a bit too old now (60 next Jan!)
Any way it's nice to dream and best of luck to your son for his Officer Selection Board!
Thanks sadoldgit
Now have a total of £81,387 riding on this, but am more confident of at least breaking even or hopefully far better.
My brother's average is now only 36p (although he has less shares) and we are both really hoping for a T/O buyout that will be sufficient for us to build a modest house for each of us on the plot of what is currently the family home that we both grew up in and where I currently reside since our late father passed away some 2 years ago now.
(If not then we will probably have to sell up! 😔)
Fingers crossed and GLA!!
Those pesky plumbers!
Decided to have a few more be rude not too
Every trade is a buy from the boiler room.
Lol, it's like the "I'm not de-ramping but " line they trot out.
Pull the other one Rayboy...you've been talking this down since opening bell ❗
@salfordfred. I did the same on my 50th over Brighton from Shoreham airfield. That was most enjoyable too!
Ah those dastardly big orders and tree shakes!!!
Morning all , as you say , what an experience at the ripe age of 18 . My 60 th Birthday was flying a Tiger Moth over Ladybower Dam, at the same time trying to visualise those brave men in the magnificent Lancaster bombers practicing their manoeuvres.
Sorry I meant 19p and not 0.19
In my opinion it should be down at close to about 0.19p.give or take.
We come from a line of aviators. My uncle actually flew Lancasters in WWII until being shot down in ‘43 and spending the rest of the war in an American hospital with a broken back….dad was commercial with BA. I used to fly privately but lost the love for it but my son is adamant it’s his vocation. He attended the 2nd phase of Officer selection in London last Wednesday near Kings Cross so fingers crossed for him……….
B4 someone says trying to lower sp , no funds to top up if it drops any way, off to start my day gardening & talk to some plants
Bailiff, what an amazing experience at 18! I had my pilot's licence by then, but had to wait a few years to fly jets, then, eventually get a flight in the shrine to aviation that is the Spitfire. That 20 minute flight cemented my dream to own one myself. I hope he fulfils his dream to join the RAF - if he is entering as an Officer, he and I will definitely meet... :)
Yeah now that stick but til RF gone it go one or tuther hope blue but gut says redish :)
@StickyMT. Not sure if you recall or not but my son was looking to join RAF. It was his 18th last week and we did the Spitfire experience together at Biggin Hill. It was amazing so if you do buy one as planned then happy to help out on the rebuild if you need it as will have plenty of time on my hands from the retirement fund provided by Sareum (🤞). I'm going for a blue finish...
Looking good
GLA all
Cunning little tree shake this morning to get rid of the 20% club stragglers.......
Rayboy, it can indeed only be red or blue, unless it ends the same SP as it begins...
Definitely on the move upwards…..GLA

Profit takers, its normal and it will pass, imo
