Some more info from the Global Data analysis link posted by Searcher a few days back - I was unaware that GCM has a 20% ownership if the project with PowerChina 80% …… are go ahead details more advanced than we are aware?

Woo.... If you are going to "quote" from an RNS, then at least try and do it correctly.
.. Mr CTW has been an indepent NED since at least 2020.
.He was appointed as temporary "Chairman" in Sept 23, following the resignation of the previous Chairman
But in the morning you were all against it, what’s changed today definitely no news today. No one takes your posts seriously.
Once you buy in you start ramping & once you sell you start deramping
Do not have time for name calling, I trigues or other nonsense - I am here to Invest base on best Intel.
First - why is Mr Christian Taylor-Wilknison removed? This is simple. He was never meant to have permanent position as NED.
"Christian Taylor Wilkinson has agreed to act as INTERIM Non-Executive Director" - RNS 15th Sept 2023
This confirm again in Final Results - 29th Jan 2023.
Mr Christian Taylor-Wilkinson was never given permanent NED position. It always remains as Interim.
With understanding of this we can focus on new (permanant) NED positions which should give Shareholders more security and price increase to match.
This news can be expected within next 2 weeks.
Apart from all ECONOMIC FUBDAMENTALS - since recent global developments on energy supply / costs it will be IMPOSSIBLE for Bangladesh to remain competitive without a new Energy policy which rely on DOMESTIC COAL PRODUCTION - this is not maybe - its Inevitable with no alternatives available.
Bangladesh Govt will also be invited under terms to be confirmed to JV partner in project with Solar Power Park (Energy Minister did mention Solar project).
Govt will be "fully functional within the 1st Quarter 2024. The communication is two-way and an overview of what would be expected in the Project Proposal has been shared .
Indications are the Govt is now expecting the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources to deliver a "NEW PLAN" that addresses how the country can negate the economic stress caused by ALMOST TOTALLY DEOENDENCE ON IMPORTED ENERGY PRODUCTS"
***"IT IS UNDERSTOOD THIS "NEW PLAN" IS TO PRIORITUSE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY'S KNOWN COAL RRSERVES" (along with anticipation of defining new gas reserves) - RNS 29th Jan 2024
People should read above again to understand fundamental & tine critical nature of Newsflow due.
Add to this critical Foreign Currency Reserves which foreign fuel imports are paid with & breakdown of Industrial Infrastructure / manufacturing base.
Intelligent investment analysis makes things quite clear and perfect storm for GCM & shareholders!
Intelligent, well research responses only please 🦉
“Coal power generation is expected to double compare with last year this summer.
The coal price is expected to remain stable in 2024, but the persisting dollar crisis might stand in the way of fully using coal power capacity, energy experts said.”

Some people think directors are hard to get a hold.
I used to have hours long discourse with ceo of metals exploration (mtl) couple years ago who in as many words used to assure me everything was cool, which turned out to be true (i invested at 0.3p and today it’s close to 3p).
Some of them are super cool and very approachable. Multiple email addresses are available on most update rns and are always worth a try.
You need to stop talking about 'in the know' as you look very foolish. W2NCY supplied CTW's contact number to the board so any wise owl would have joined the dots and deduced that this was his source. But not you.
I will should change your name to wiseRA T your doings owls injustice
RNS next week (most likely timeline) to confirm NED appointment
(no need for Insider Info for this intel).
This should confirm Nomad position and provide greater certainty to investment.
Q1 / Early 2024 - We get Bangladesh Govt new Energy Policy which ALL I duration include DOMESTIC COAL PRODUCTION.
Think very important article was Mr Searchers about Textile factory closures because of energy prices. Textile industry foundation of Bangladesh economic recovery.
IMF pressure & foreign exchange reserves critical.
Focus on important things and leave playtime for when you go to kindergarten.
Be Wise 🦉
My point in original post was about person who say they get 'Inside Info' - this I do not agree with but look like some do here lol!
You keep this up Mr RichRich you only shoot yourself in foot (or other places).
No.problem carry on Lol 😏🦉
Wise owl if that is true you will have gone by 3p never mind £2 and start you deramping again loser
X 100 bag (plus) potential! We all agree YES?
My avg is just under 2p - I have same number if shares today as I did have on Friday.
What is your point?
🦉
Too twit too woo!
Its nothing personal Wise Owl. Most of us have been here a while and see the latest Bangladesh/coal expert like 'Wise Owl' pop up on the board after every rise, stuck on the spike and desperately ramping before they sell up at a loss and move on to the next big thing, never to be heard from again!
LOL - Behave yourself sir!
🦉
He must have found his dummy poor baby was crying
Let’s not pick on him too much lads, in his defence he has always known this has a massive chance to boom but clearly felt threatened enough to sell which is fair.
My issue with him was his fear mongering Friday at the first sniff on this moving up, but he’s realised his mistake and bought back in this morning so let bygones be bygones.
Happy to stop posting & keep all research to myself - no problem for me but I do LOT of research so happy with my position here.
Did say I will keep ALL my position safe.
Make me understand why lot of PI do not have success in market. Too much time spend abusing people on BBs and not enough on actual research.
Be Wise 🦉
Looks like wise owl has given up trying to drop the price with his negativity, must have bought at the current so and is now back ramping it up again! Given his big holding at MATD is dropping like a stone his desperation is clear to see.
How soon is soon enough Twit Twoo? Sooner than your prediction on the other bulletin board where you've continually repeated the same old regurgitated tripe for an awfully long time?
Pssst, they were rhetorical questions by the way.
I'm if the opinion that any company that gets directly involved in paying moneys that the government is obliged to pay is standing on very stoney ground indeed. (Not GCM related)
It’s not a ‘trust me’ post owl. The lads even put his mobile down so you can call and have dialogue.
I’ve had emails and a phone call conversation in the past with people from the company. This is normal
Also read previous post carefully - I say clearly I keep ALL my holding!
🦉
Mr RichRich - "Wise owl you can sell now it’s 2% up"
Actually sir I keep ALL my holding and will not sell any.
RNS NED - by next week
GoB Energy Policy - Q1 (or early) 2024
£500,0000 Inward Investment recently
Upside - name your number £1, £2, £3
My family member did even buy at 3.5p re entry which is still bargain - Why?
Try to buy anything in quantity!
What I do not like is hype with no substance but just "trust me" in post - this have NO place in serious investing. If we all keep this sorts of people back then this BB can stay for ones who want SERIOUS discussion - not usual CIRCUS!
Watch what will happen next week (or around that time) when NED appointment made.
Delisting? Not issue when GoB permission go ahead - OTC market will be red hot and holders will be offered big money to give up stock BUT do not expect this route for reason in 09:53 post.
We will be in double figures soon enough sir 🦉
Who’s giving you abuse just reminding you to sell as you have made your few percent. I thought it was getting delisted at 7am and by 9am your in for the long haul hmmm
Maybe a really read what I wrote! Leave abuse to one side and look at each point I make!
Be Wise Investor 🦉
To be clear Mr.Regurgitator, your last post was anything but positive about the GCM forthcoming appointments of NED's and quite clearly with highlighting Tang's previous track record with Polo you were fearmongering.
Now you are backtracking.
