Mr Pescado
I know Sealand Road very well , huge British Aero Spac plant there, used to be a Wellington Bomber airfield in WW2 and its in the Guinness Book of Records as building a fully operational bomber in under 24 hours,I grew up in Penymyndd and moved to Mynydd Isa, then Buckley but I moved to Kent 2 years ago which is where I occasionally live now as most of the time I'm offshore now working. We may of bumped into each other at some point, and yes it sure was an interesting night and I just wish I took notice of that guy but wishing things like that really is a pointless exercise
I just don’t want anymore parsnip talk , as he is gone & we seem to have a good team running sound now , gla
Funny that, I've been doing the same over the last few nights. Good Bad Ugly ; For a Few Dollars More ; Pale Rider ; High Plains Drifter ; Two Mules for Sister Sara. Still to re-watch Hang Em High, A Fistful of Dollars ; Unforgiven.
Waiting for next weeks Presentation / Q&A in the hope of a fistful of dollars on the way.
Interestingly that geologist was proved wrong regarding commercial gas.
Right about selling though.
He may have been there *for short investors obviously but not sure what him being at the presentation would have gained the investors. He had already made up his mind. Maybe he had a grudge against BM? I must admit he was hopeless for us
Hi Sundance4.
Feel like I know you or we have met somewhere, maybe at the Sound meeting ?
A fantastic event, JP was cool and with your review it seems so surreal.
I’m from Chester but my home is approx 200 metres over the Welsh Border line off old Sealand Rd.
I’ve just been watching a few old Clint Eastwood films, like A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS plus THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY…. in between the films and not searching for anything went into - Our Team - Sound Energy PLC. First picture is Graham Lyon,
Executive Chairman, he looks like Clint Eastwood then going down the ranking, Mohammed Seghiri, Chief Operating Officer, he looks Bad but the rest of the team are Ugly !!
Does this mean anything to you ?
Story line of the film : THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY……
During the Civil War, two men, Blondie and Tuco, form an uncomfortable alliance while looking for treasure. They must also outwit Angel Eyes, an outlaw who wants to plunder the riches for himself.
Now JP ( Angel Eyes ) has gone to Coro St. the treasures
will be ours . ??
Mr Pescado ,
I was at that Chester event as I used to live in North Wales and as I was waiting for the whole event to take place I was sat on a chair at the back scoffing the nipplys before we all went in at the Grosvenor Hotel which is where it was held.
I guy was standing next to me writing stuff down in a small note book ,this memory will stick with me for the rest of my life .He asked me if I am invested and I told him yes ,he said well its best if you sell as soon as you can ,sell the lot as they will never ever get commercial amounts as they have been trying for 30 years there ,the geology is too tight .
Wooooh all stop I said exsqueeze me who the fe55 are you .
As it turns out this guy was a very experienced geologists and he was there on behalf of some other investors who wanted his take on Jimmy P and the magic dragon he supposedly was going to deliver. He then told me that he was a personal friend of Brian Mitchener and that they where both in Uni together .
He also told me that the clever money was getting out including James Parsons .
I still had 20 mins before it started so I thought I am going to confront Parsons and ask him ,Parsons was actually taken back a tad and asked where the guy was but by then we had started to go in and the guy whos card I did have but lost was standing at the back.Parson did his thing that we all now he's good at then at the end heb asked me where the guy was and he had gone .Parsons then asked me if I wanted Mitchener to call me the next da yand he did and gave the same gealogy spiel that he always gave and the next few weeks the share price tanked
Went to a Sound presentation from JP in Chester, a long time ago…..I couldn’t get a front seat…..When he got on stage the place was buzzing.
I thought I’m seeing things, its James and everyone was so happy …. I Thought it could be like the 1966 World Cup Final, Parsons would be like Geoff Hurst, then we would all be celebrating………
But as Kenneth Wolstenholme uttered his famous line: "Some people are on the pitch, they think it's all over. It is now!"
Yes we have to do something this year I think
I had another listen to a proactive interview from 10 months ago. Lots of talk about wind and solar and farmers.......
I believe we will have lots of news to digest next week
Sidi always seems to be on the back burner it would be great to hear a drill is going to happen ??
Just watched an old Jp presentation From 2016
Tendrara Sidi and Badile
All potential game changers
Is why I held
Those were the days :)
It’s Jon
No hard feelings Johnny...that's life.Go lightly.....
Crude
..
Cash is gone Crude, I’m not bitter about it as it was my risk. I have a job, a grown up daughter and a roof over my head.
I’m never going to meet you anyway, you’ve just rubbed people up the wrong way.
Looks like wishful thinking on my part then Padfoot. Advfn show 3 separate 1M buys, but on here I notice one of the buys has got a minus in front, thereby cancelling the other out as you say. Oh well, it was encouraging for a while, but 1m is still good for me.
Those two cancel each other out
3 seperate 1m trades at 1.89 at 15:18
Where do you get 3m buy from? It’s 1m buy, and 2 sells of 500k and 300k at the higher value end.
The other 1m is a crossover
Apologies, make that a combined buy of 3 million.
Bring it on Sound, you know you want to.
More people voted for Brexit than against.....how does wanting your own Sovereignty make you a ******??
Anyway, I think we should keep the insults off of here....obviously big news coming soon.
Will we ever get a gas and our deals done.? Let’s hope we get positive news on this. Will we make a boring, token foray into renewables with cash we don’t have? Will there be a sting in the tail by way of fund-raising? This is aim, who knows? Either way, I think there will be news to focus our attention from character assassinations
Anyway, back to Sound, a one million buy just turned up. Hopefully it will get us going again to the 2p level.
Hopefully we may get news before the q&a. Not long to wait now.
testpack, the reason I sold a chunk was because the SP was falling. I know a very good friend of mine cashed out entirely at 75p. Another good, invested friend of mine congratulated me at selling 10% off the highest ever price. He was a City Trader & merely thought it a good trade. These two friends are well experienced & know the pitfalls of AIM. I talked to them before I sold & even announced it here literally as I was instructing my Broker. By this time & having missed a massive profit in 2011 I wasn't about to let it happen again.
My mortgage was due within a year & I was very alert to the fact it needed settling. That is it!
As for my politics, how dare you assume bad things about my character because I voted Brexit! What does that make me? I'll tell you, someone who believes in the sovereignty of our nation state...no more & no less!
St Mary...cheers.
Crude
Testpack. Ommmmmmmmmm. Worked for me. Wasting your time trying to convince someone they are blind and stupid. Although they're quite happy to demonstrate it. GLA. Hanging on in hope.
My final words on those POS. Usual and expected 'I didn't know anything' from the stalker of The Failure. A question he never answered from me at the time of his sale of shares was this, ' The failure at the time was still shouting from the rooftops at every opportunity ,' 4 digits wont cut it', No one will lose money buying at these prices'. But Disciple chose to sell. Had he believed in the 'truthful and honest' CEO, he would surely have held to make a million quid. No one has to redeem their mortgage, there are many ways to continue, even after the expiry date of the term. Disciple was told that this would be a good time to sell. From the time I invested in SOU, I posted regular, even when we were discovering, that the company should be led by an OnG man, not a bean counter. I thought reason might prevail. But everyone was under his authoritarian spell , to the extent of awarding him over a million pound in bonuses, and an Exploration Director, Brian, who was literally scared of him. And of course, many on here will remember Kirk canvassing for the ****** Nigel Farage, and a big supporter of Brexit, he may have actually stood as a local official in UKIP or some other ****** org. People can be judged by the company they keep. Disciple is almost certainly a big fan of the morally, intellectually and financially corrupt Trump ( Farage visited USA to canvass for him in 2020 election). You are in good company that fits you well Kirk. So, you didn't invest in Echo. Now there's a surprise. Not. Still working in The Stockroom at NHS ? Not the place for a ****** Kirk, all those foreigners in NHS.
Ok. I’m off to the pub. That do?
