blimey sundance, can't believe you even think that.
another aim rule to allow directors to use for an excuse to not buying.
bet if they were aware of good news today they would be buying the **** out of it, closed period or not.
the fact they have not been buying is so obvious even a blind man could see
I guess this will not change until GL steps up too the plate, but don't look like anytime soon.
What I don't get, is why have we done all that site work months ago and nothing on it equipment
wise. What was the point? Where is all this to be shipped imminently equipment? And the talk of being a
gas producer this month. What was that all about.
Can't help feeling I have yet again been taken for a ride here.
Can't get my head around how we have been taken for a ride here
Agree dangler. Feels like Graham and Sarah have given up. I know the feeling.
Something going on in the background, maybe a board reshuffle, who knows, but a strange lack of communication to say the least. Calvalley and the bank must be wondering what's going on., surely.
good summation sundance. k75 has had valid points, and a contrarian viewpoint is welcome , but worn me out now, unfortunately . i don't need him to to tell me i have been a **** investor, i have a missus who does that role well, constantly, so in reality anything he says won't get my paper losses back, which are not unsubstantial. i will have to rely on team sound for that. but not holding my breath, and that's the way it is.
have a great xmas all, and keep taking the tablets.
see you all for a fun 2024, can't wait. nurse, nurse
btw, a bit of investment advice i tell my kids, don't invest in aim. nai
Nice one Crude
At least JP provided us with some sex and violence, great social events, and a great get out SP if you were savvy or not.I wasn't, but can't see GL getting me in profit at this rate.
Think GL got January right for selling the gas, but wrong year. Why can't they be truefull with deadlines, ulterior motives, incompetent or what. I wonder why that is.
Planning for site completion abysmal to me. What are the real reasons for the delay they are not telling us
GL a bit to conservative for me, and to many missed deadlines, for an allegedly professional bloke. Yes, he has saved the company, maybe, but at what cost to shareholders and to him.
Mmm, let me think.
Lost my retirement dreams here, but I guess Sound Bod doing OK
Frustrated as well.
Where is KTF?

On X today

Good summary Ps. Another deadline looks to be missed. Hard to understand that the site foundations have been prepared for months with no equipment ready to go on them. Like building a house foundation and waiting six months for the bricks to turn up. Bad planning considering the urgency to get the plant up and running for Morocco and providing cash flow to Sound. Coordination with the contractors to get the site producing as quick as possible seems lacking to me. Pleased to see KBR involved in the flow line design, as having worked for them, feel confident they will do a good job.
Anyway, another waiting game by the looks of it
You may have to revise your 1.7p Xmas target at this rate.
Still no communication about funding or progress at site installation. Can't be that hard to give an update or site pictures, surely?
I guess if they are still doing the access road, equipment to site is delayed, and a set back in getting the plant up and running.
Got to go some to get us selling gas in Q1
Breaking the 2p barrier would be a start for me Tincan, sadly.
Unfortunately it seems coincidentally we lost SP momentum here when the site pics stopped, setts trading was introduced and communication regarding funding updates.
When is Calvalley news due?
Yes, we know it's coming, hopefully.
Unfortunately ahshanbd, I think you are probably right on your opinion, but not sure about 2025.
For me, people who invest in AIM companies want a bit of sex and violence in the company's they are invested in. Otherwise invest in FTSE 100 companies.
Unfortunately Sound is becoming a bit boring with missed deadlines and a conservative BOD.Not to say conservative is a bad thing, but people want a bit of excitement in the share they invest in, and the SP says it all to me. Boring. Look at Predator for example.
I have been here years, and would like a higher SP, sooner rather than later, probably like a lot on here, before I get to old to spend it.
But at the moment I personally am not optimistic about a higher SP anytime soon, unless GL can give us some insight into forthcoming drilling plan and progress on the site installation. Be January before you know it.
Hopefully not a missed deadline with Calvalley, but not holding my breath.
Ktf, yes I agree with you too regarding the uncertainties with the financing not helping the SP, but I feel we have had some decent news lately, and what effect have they had on the SP. That is why I feel with all the boxes ticked off for the financing, I don't see a dramatic uplift in the SP. I sincerely hope I am wrong, because this 2p barrier is doing my head in. I didn't think we would be down here with all the recent newsflow.
Hope I live long enough to enjoy my investment. Trust me, I want the "giant" Sound to succeed, but just frustrated at the moment, as I guess we can all be at times.
Maybe some site pictures showing progress would help the cause for starters.
Yes, KTF, I do see cash generation as important, but I was hoping for a successful drill before we start getting paid, and a rise in the SP.
Also, I am in Molecular Energies, previously President,,and they are generating cash, and their SP is at the low. They should be drilling anytime soon, so we will see soon the effect on the SP if successful. And I know you cannot compare SOU to MEN, but that is how I feel.
As the forthcoming cash generation is looming, why do you think the SP is dropping and not increasing?
That is why I think success at the drill bit an and increase in reserves, will see the SP rise.
No way we will get a higher SP until success at a new drill, looking at PRD for example.
Take my hat off to GL for calling another investment presentation, jeezaloo. Same old same.
Hopefully the SP won't drop this time, but not holding my breath.
Been here 12 years now, getting worn out with all of it.
Ps and Kylie hope you got your questions in, but not sure you will get a reply
