It's bascailly what the fund would have to pay to get to 1.4 billion shares. It's 1 milion loan notes for 2.7million pounds and 400 million warrants for 9million+ pounds.

Nice to see genuine debate around this rather than at each others throats. Excellent find LB28.

RISKS RELATING TO THE FINANCING Working capital

"Based on a reasonable worst case scenario, the Group would require additional working capital by the end of March 2019 of at least £100,000 as, in the Company’s reasonable worst case working capital model only the Initial Tranche and the Second Tranche have been drawn down under the Financing Agreement. The Company would not be able to draw down the Third Tranche, Fourth Tranche, Fifth Tranche, Sixth Tranche or Seventh Tranche owing to a failure to be able to satisfy at the relevant time the key solvency and financial Conditions set out in the Financing Agreement, as further described below, absent the waiver of such conditions by the Investor in its sole discretion. "

As of today have they resolved this extra cash requirement now?
if not should we expect something next week to resolve it?

Page 59 and 60 do admittedly confuse the matter.
That is why it has taken for the company to say the funding is for 11 million pounds for me to realise the significance.

Check page 59 and 60 of the prospectus.
Which page is your 378m warrants on?

I don't get the part of the prospectus you refer to at all to be honest, but the company clearly believes them to be worth 9 million pounds and that's good enough for me.
I would guess that's just an example assuming a low conversion of loan notes, remember when the prospectus was written they would not have assumed anywhere like the volume and speed at which we have smashed through them.

There's another page that states 1.06billion loan notes plus 378million warrants. And that is correct as it equals the 1.4 billion total issue figure.

The warrants are 0.0246 as per the prospectus. That's 2.46p.
It's calculated as 120% of the closing price when the agreement was made. The share price was 2p back then.
I was never too sure on the warrants as they are overly complicated from the prospectus but the company clearly believes the funding to be for 11 million pounds plus and that's how we get to that figure.

According to the prospectus there are 2 sets of warrants. Warrant A is about 16.5m shares and warrant B has about 5m shares.
That makes total warrants about 21.5m shares.
This is what is in the prospectus.

Lol where did you get the 9m pounds warrants from? Never seen such a deal where warrants are a lot more than notes

Woodstock from the presentation it says the funding has sorted out the debts and the 11,358,231 pounds figure is what's left after that.
So 2.7million pounds for loan notes + 9,298,800 pounds for warrants equals 11,998,800 so perhaps the difference 639,569 was the debt?

I don't really care to be honest, that presentation from the event is a gift from God. I never bothered working out 378 million times 2p+ and I guess nobody else did either.
Completely missed it until the 11million figure in the presentation.
1.4 billion bits of confetti for 11 million + quid sounds pretty good to me.
